I checked in and waited for over 30 minutes, but my queue number was never called. I reported it to the front desk right away, but the first time there was no proper follow-up or guidance, and it was only after I went back a second time that I was finally connected to a consultation. Even during the consultation, the communication remained careless and unhelpful, and I ended up paying in advance. When I went upstairs for the procedure, I was told the doctor in charge was absent, so the blemish laser treatment could not be done that day, or I would have to wait an additional 1–2 hours. I waited a total of 50 minutes, but in the end I couldn’t receive the treatment and had to leave. It was the end of the year, and I’m only temporarily back in the country, so wasting time like this was unpleasant. I’m disappointed that this happened during the consultation stage, before the procedure even began.
