very nice and cozy. been here last year for fillers and came back to get botox and skin treatment. staff is very friendly and keep checking with you if you are feeling comfortable. definitely found my go to clinic around hongdae

The consultation was quick and specific, they speak excellent English and I was able to make myself understood. The female assistant who was with me throughout my treatments was very attentive and made sure to ask how I was doing. I appreciated her warmth and kindness. The place is new to me and it was quite cold because of the air conditioning, but otherwise, the service was good. I would return for some specific treatments. They gave me juice to make me feel better 🥹 The doctors and nurses were very kind. I liked it. 😌👌🏻🤩

I had a very good experience at PPEUM Clinic Hongdae. The clinic was very clean and well organized. The consultation was friendly, professional, and informative. The staff took the time to answer my questions and explain the treatment options clearly. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and the waiting time was minimal. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic and would return in the future.

I had a very positive experience overall. Consultant An Yerim was extremely attentive to my concerns and made an effort to accommodate my budget without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Translator Kim Jungming was equally impressive—thoughtful, clear, and very supportive throughout the process. Both of them demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The staffs who attended to my procedures were also very attentive and skilled, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return again in the future.

I was recommended Ppeum Global by a colleague, and I chose to visit their Hongdae branch since it’s only about an hour from the airport by train. Will assisted me during my visit and spoke clear, fluent English, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The team carefully assessed my skin, took the time to explain the recommended procedures, and worked within my budget without any pressure. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even have a coffee machine available while you wait, which is a nice touch! Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

I came here after being referred by a friend and had lifting and Rejuran procedures done. The doctor and staff were all very kind and welcoming. It was easy to communicate, so I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m really happy with how everything went and would love to visit again.

This place fit my sister and I in so quickly during our layover. They also have luggage storage and phone chargers while you get your treatments. A quick 1 stop from the Inchon airport. They listened to all our concerns and made sure any hesitation was addressed. Even if I didn’t voice something but looked uncomfortable they were very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciate the staffs kindness and lack of pressure to do any of the packages they recommended. I got the juvelook booster and the potenza pumping as well as an aqua peel. Didn’t hurt at all!

I was really worried because I can only speak a foreign language, but it was so reassuring and wonderful that there were interpreters available here. They treated me very kindly, and even though it was my first time receiving the procedure, they explained everything so well that I was able to undergo it without feeling scared. Because communication was smooth, I was able to get exactly what I wanted without any pressure.

I have to say, because of the mixed reviews, at first I didn't have very high expectations for ppeum in hongdae, but much to my surprise my consultant, the staff were all super friendly and spoke very good english. As it was my first time at a dermatology clinic, I had many questions, but my consultant was extremely patient with me. Although I didn't spend much or do much I felt very well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

I was greeted right away. Staff are very friendly and I got into my consultation within 5 minutes. I had the friendliest consultant! I did a couple treatments with their November promotions. Highly recommend adding them on Instagram to see the latest promotions to save some money to do other treatments! Area is so clean and they have so many lockers! I already can’t wait to go back!
