I underwent a full face fat transfer at this hospital last week. The doctor and the head of the department listened carefully to the image I wanted, and explained in detail what I didn't need and why. Thanks to that, I was able to have a concrete image, which allowed me to undergo the surgery with peace of mind. It's now been one week since the surgery, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the results as my flat face and sunken cheeks, which were my anxieties, have been improved!

No matter how many times I asked, they wouldn’t answer my questions, and then they told me, “We’ve explained enough, but since I don’t understand, there’s no point talking anymore, so we won’t reply regarding the nose surgery from now on.” I had my nose done with them, but the result was completely different from what I asked for, so I asked about the nose design. However, the clinic only showed proof that they explained the surgical procedure and materials, and didn’t mention the design at all. I chose this clinic because they had the most thorough LINE counseling! They were also very kind on the day of surgery, so I had no worries. At other clinics, even when they said they had an interpreter, I sometimes couldn't understand the finer details in Japanese, but here, a Japanese interpreter was available, so I felt at ease. The Korean receptionist also made an effort to greet me in Japanese, which was very warm and comforting. I had a full face fat graft and incisions for the outer corners and under the eyes. I was worried about my eyes until the day of surgery, but they were happy to add them. I've been receiving treatment for swelling since the day after surgery.
