One of the things that immediately stood out was how professional and attentive the entire team was. The consultants on site spoke excellent English and Chinese, which made communication completely seamless. There was absolutely no language barrier, and I felt fully understood and supported throughout the entire process. Dr. Do Won Hyuk showed an impeccable level of understanding and respect for what I wanted. During the consultation, he thoughtfully recommended an additional upper eyelid muscle lift to help balance my eye symmetry—something I wasn’t previously aware of. What I appreciated most was that it never felt like a sales push. Instead, it genuinely felt like he was guiding me toward the best outcome based on his professional expertise and my personal goals. The clinic also provided a comprehensive aftercare package, including masks and medication, and took the time to clearly explain how to use everything properly. They even included three complimentary red light therapy sessions as part of the recovery process, which made me feel that they truly cared about my healing and results beyond the surgery itself. Dr. Do himself was incredibly gentle, soothing, and easy to talk to. He created an environment where I felt safe, reassured, and confident in his hands. The entire process—from consultation to surgery and aftercare—was smooth, stress-free, and comfortable. I was referred to Luho Plastic Surgery by a couple of my sister’s friends who had procedures there and spoke very highly of their experience. Based on their recommendation, I planned about three months in advance to book an appointment with Dr. Joon Young Kim. Ms. Hyun Jung Park, the consultant, was very helpful with scheduling and patiently answered all of my questions. I made a deposit to secure my appointment. When I arrived at Luho, the staff were welcoming and the clinic was quite busy with patients, which felt reassuring. I had upper blepharoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning to address age-related sagging. I’m 53 years old. Dr. Kim Joon Young provided thoughtful guidance on the areas that would benefit most from surgery. I am very happy with my decision to have the surgery here.

I received incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty from Dr Wee Sungjae at Luho Plastic Surgery in Gangnam. All staff here were very courteous and you always feel taken care of. An English translator was present during the entire consultation process through to when you are put under anaesthesia - she was absolutely lovely and ensures you understand everything. Dr Wee was very professional throughout the consultation and addressed all concerns appropriately, particularly my uneven eyelids and ptosis. Throughout the surgery he was very assuring and continually checked in to ensure you feel relaxed. I felt no pain during the process and Dr Wee was very skilled and careful. The clinic gives you a care package consisting of gel ice packs, supplements and mask sheets to assist with healing. They also purchase your post-op medications for you from the pharmacy below so you don’t have to go yourself after your surgery, which is an appreciated gesture when you’re already feeling tired after surgery. You also receive swelling-reducing laser therapy 3 days post-op, as well as 7 days post-op during the suture removal. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and care I received at Luho Plastic Surgery. I can already notice the difference with the ptosis correction, and the eyelid shape is as desired. The clinic itself is very refined as well.

I was introduced to Dr. Park Il at Luho Plastic Surgery Clinic through a friend, and I had a consultation for double eyelid revision surgery and under-eye fat repositioning. I decided to have the double eyelid revision done by Dr. Park Il and the under-eye fat repositioning done by Dr. Wi Sung-jae. Since I’m visiting Korea on a short schedule from the U.S., I wasn’t sure if I could get a consultation right away, but luckily I was able to book it on the exact dates I wanted. All the staff members were very kind, and especially the consultant who helped me during the consultation explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly. Although I’m a bit worried because the surgery was scheduled within such a short trip, I’m relieved that they accommodated my preferred dates. I’ve also heard that the doctors are very skilled, so I’m really looking forward to the results.
