Not a great experience compared to multiple friends who have had hair transplant completed. I ended up being sent out with a blood soaked bandage only to find blood running down my neck on the way to the subway. Had to go back to get sutures. The follow up with the physician the next day was very cold and he was unhelpful in helping me reach any type of hair goal. Definitely just a number to him. Was quoted a price, then a few months before leaving was told it would be more. Paid more. was told i would get a stem cell treatment. Then when I got there was told that would be more and it would only be a topical as I would have to be in Korea for several weeks to do the other treatment. I am now a month out and I look the exact same as before I spent the money. Only positive in the experience was the nice translators. Do not recommend

Before coming to maxwell clinic in south Korea I had the great experience and pleasure of comunicating with them through mail. They explained the treatment well and gave very thorough information about everything, including sessions, pricing etc. Maxwell is a very foreign friendly clinic with translators and even doctors that speak english very well. Upon my arrival in South Korea I had the pleasure of doing a consultation with the doctor, best part about this is compared to other clinics lve gone to in europe, this doctor explained everything to perfection. The point of the treatment, why I was suffering from early stages of thining, it was a Well made presentation which removed all my doubts about the procedure and made me want to do the treatment maxwell hair clinic offers. Do bear in mind I wanted to do PRP treatments before knowing about this treatment but I am glad I did not since this treatment was much more better in the sense of actually growing out thicker and healthier hair, When coming to Korea I did have visible hair thining, But after my 5th treatment i started noticing a lot of diffrence. My hair was thicker and healthier but i also had gained more confidence without having to think how my hair looks. I would go in every week and do the treatment, it does have the feeling of a spa. With super comfortable Sofia chairs to lay on and a nice ambience with super friendly and polite staff to help and guide you. You won’t find service like this in any other country! And the best part was the translator who helped me through everything, comunication, recomendations etc. Since by the first time I barely spoke korean. Every time I had a question or wanted to change or check my appointment they would always be quick to respond with a lot of flexibility. I am glad to say that this was money well spent, every dime of it! I have gained more thick hair. After the 5th treatment I saw amazing results, I’m even more excited about how it will look after my 10th treatment!! 😆 but I also made a new friend! Big thanks to you Mamrez, for helping me out and always being responsive and super polite, without him this experience would have been so different. So a big shout out to Mamrez the translator and Maxwell Hair clinic! Best clinic to go to in Seoul, I recommend this place to everyone!

All of the staff at Maxwell were very professional and considerate throughout the whole process. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed via Mamrez - a member of staff who acted as a translator and liason - who was welcoming, understanding, and reassuring every time I visited.

Did FUE surgery 2 months ago and the Doctor and staff were so kind it really put me at ease. I had my own English consultant and was taken care of all the way through. I am healing so nicely and you wont even know I had a hair transplant looking at my donor site. Very excited for the results.
