I live in Singapore, so whenever I come to Korea, I always visit Cheongdam Oracle Dermatology for my facial treatments. The staff are incredibly attentive, and the chief doctor is such a true professional. They really know how to take great care of their patients. I have a very low pain tolerance, so I told the consultant I was scared. They even gave me a soft toy to hold during the treatment!haha so cute! The doctor kept checking on me throughout, making sure I was okay and asking if I was still surviving. 😂 In the end, I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I actually fell asleep. Thank you, Cheongdam Oracle Dermatology! You guys truly know how to make your patients feel cared for. I’ll definitely be back in 3 months! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Oracle Clinic Cheongdam. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I received Botox, Ultherapy, and a Hydrafacial. The consultation was thorough, and they took the time to explain each treatment and answer all my questions. As an international visitor, I especially appreciated how organized and welcoming everyone was. The clinic was clean, modern, and very professional. Second visit to this clinic, great service as always. Dr Hansol was even faster this time and also administered local anesthesia which helped greatly with the pain management. Yuni the consultant was also very helpful and attentive throughout the processes. 10/10 will return and highly recommend this clinic.

Recommended for people who want fuss-free, no hard selling and wallet friendly. Genuine advice with 0 hard selling! They have a english consultant Yuni, who is patient and detailed, i liaise via Whatsapp with Yuni for my skin concerns & reservations. On the actual day, after face to face consultation with Yuni, we consult the doctor together with Yuni (some clinics skip this part and go direct to the procedures with the doctor.). Once we confirmed the procedures, the assistant will apply numbing cream for us. Note that this clinic is "self service". Meaning we have to clean off the numbing cream on our own (with instructions). Thereafter, the same doctor will do the procedures. She's gentle and assuring. Once it is completed, self- service time again where there will be instructions to clean, apply moisturizer and sun screen ourselves. It's been a week and I am loving the results. Will definitely go back again!

Had a very chill, smooth and effiicient visit to Oracle. Booked my appointment pretty last-minute (after much research) via WhatsApp and managed to get a spot. The translator, Yuni, was very friendly, asked about my concerns and explained the procedures required clearly. This was followed by the doctor consult which was reassuring (explained exactly my diagnosis and what is the best management plan) and the procedure itself was smooth! Highly recommend

PRICE IS FAIR AND TRANSPARENT even for foreigner! With the service they give, it worths the value! One of the best skin clinic I have gone to in Seoul. No over recommendation, having doctor doing the second-round consultation instead of just the consultant is definitely a huge bonus that the doctor go through what you are recommended and see if they meet your needs. There are some self-service segments when it comes to cleaning your face and apply lotion before and/or after treatment. Definitely understandable as they have quite some customers and it’s only fair to do so to reduce waiting time for everyone! Foreigner friendly too with translators~ everyone is friendly there ☺️
