Great attention. All our questions were answered and helped a lot in making the best of SNUH services. The lady there is very patient and clear in her communication skills. The Doctors were amazing but this department stands out by itself. From the first email communications to the in-person experience every day there, you deserve more than five stars. review.

The international clinic here is hands down the best in korea along with the doctors. Jasmine takes care of everyone that are native English speakers. Would highly recommend to anyone.

As foreign travelers who had a midnight migraine episode, I’d like to extend my appreciation for the staff in the emergency room. Despite the language barriers the doctor was patient with us and the guard managed to help us call a cab at the ungodly hour of 5. although having health condition during traveling brings a lot of concern and inconvenience, the treatment we received here helped soothe our physical and mental stress!

As a US citizen staying in South Korea for an extended period, I had a great experience at this hospital. I called to schedule an appointment for a prescription that’s over-the-counter in the US but requires a doctor’s note here. The staff offered me three time slots, and after I chose one, they sent several text confirmations. The office is in the ‘main building,’ clearly marked and easy to find. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in quickly, and met with a friendly, competent cardiologist. She wrote my prescription after a brief explanation, and I paid and headed to the pharmacy downstairs. The pharmacy was large, but a staff member directed me to a smaller section where I got my medication fast. Everything was efficient, the staff was professional, and the facilities were clean and modern. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing care!

They handed me a map and told me which departments to go to, but were lousy about giving directions - it's a big hospital and I even had to go to a different building for one of the tests. For international patients who are paying a premium for medical tests, the service was terrible and uncaring. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the nurses and imaging/lab technicians were kind. There are plenty of other medical clinics that will treat international patients with kindness and courtesy. SNU Hospital is supposedly a top hospital, but the "care" in "patient care" was lacking. I am returning to Seoul for another check up but will be looking into other hospitals/clinics. I advise others to do the same. Also, despite asking multiple times for my medical records, they never sent it to me. Whoever manages their emails should be fired for incompetence, lack of follow-up, and poor English skills.

Has just vad an outstanding experience here! Extremely quick, modern with wonderful and kind staff speaking fluent English. great, our hospitals in Sweden should learn to become this effective and professional.

I wrote this long complaint of the service I received, but I decided to delete it. I'll just say, they could use some improvement. By the way, there is a new law that all foreigners residing in Korea for more than 6 months must pay Korean health insurance. Just a little fyi.... International clinic desk, so if your protocol is to NOT help foreigners who have Korean insurance, that should be checked into. Help us love Korea, and believe in it's amazing medical system. It really starts with how you answer the calls, and treat foreigners that need your help.
