According to the instructions, only 50% of the deposit should be deducted, but the head of the consultation room told me that I could only get a refund of "50% of the full amount, which is 1,050,000 Korean won." I immediately pointed out this was unreasonable and asked for a reconfirmation, but they hesitated and said they would contact me again after confirming. It's perfectly clear that it's only 50% of the deposit, yet they said 1,050,000 won. This behavior makes me suspect that they are deliberately misleading or even deceiving customers. Although they contacted me again later and apologized, the act of attempting to deceive was extremely unpleasant. Furthermore, they said the refund would be processed on the same day and only through the original card, but when I arrived at the counter, I was told that due to "a problem with the credit card company," the refund could not be processed immediately. A female employee at the counter also looked me up and down and stared at me intently, her attitude was very uncomfortable. I tolerated it at first, but when she continued like this, I finally asked why. She then blushed and apologized, but kept interrupting me while I was speaking.
