I contacted this clinic after seeing their information on Xiaohongshu. They made their own WeChat ID unsearchable and forced me to provide mine instead, but it has been three days and I have received absolutely no friend request. I’ve tried following up multiple times, but they have completely ignored my messages on Xiaohongshu. If they can’t even handle a simple inquiry or follow-up, how can anyone trust them with medical treatments. Their communication is a total joke. Save your time and go somewhere that actually values their patients.
