We are a family of 5. Booked a triple room and a twin sharing room. As we arrived in our triple sharing room, twas already opened so we checked first as there might be someone inside. As soon as we approached the bed, there were plenty of bed bugs!!! Yes! Bed bugs! We requested for a room change but only accommodated in the morning. So expected that we were not able to sleep that first night. They downgraded our room from triple sharing to deluxe twin room. It was ok with us as long as its clean and no bugs. But when we were requesting for a towel because there were only 2, they said they cannot provide because the room is for 2 only! It was them who downgraded our room to a smaller one! Twice we requested but they did not allow! Their services is soooo bad. Those in the reception were not accommodating. Now we put “not to disturb” in our room, not to clean. When we arrived after our daytour, we saw the room without the “do not disturb” sign. So they went inside our room! But we know they were not able to clean because our luggages are in the floor. They only fixed the bed. So whats the purpose of that sign? Now my 2 kids in the other room informed me that they cleaned the room also and they didnt put 2 towels!!!! This hotel is really disgusting! With our complaints they are not even sorry. For other tourist, do not book here! Our travel agency booked us here but the service sucks! Check the reviews. 我是來濟州玩順便做項目的，醫院離機場不遠，做完還能出去逛。價格比首爾同類項目划算，關鍵是沒亂收費。就是術後要留點休息時間，臉微腫。整體算一次很順的「旅行＋醫美」，省心又實在。

我是在濟州島 With 醫院做的超聲提拉＋微針，效果比預期好，蘋果肌和法令紋真的有改善。醫生技術挺穩，中文室長全程陪著，溝通沒問題。就是術中還是有點酸脹感，不是完全無痛。前三天臉有點緊，但恢復快。整體感覺靠譜，不虛，值這個價。

今天剛做的超聲刀，和崔院長很有眼緣，而且打完臉也沒有腫脹，就是有點兒輕微紅

距離機場特別近，步行也就20分鐘左右，做完就去機場感覺也很方便，崔院長的技術也很好，面相看著和藹可親

在這個Hotel With Jeju酒店上面，去旅遊的時候就住在這個酒店，還是聽電梯裡的陌生人說這個裡面也有皮膚科，就去看了一下預約的次日皮膚基礎管理去體驗下

濟州島皮膚科選擇性不是很多，看來看去後來敲定了來這家，院長操作施術時很認真，會時不時問我的感受，疼不疼呀，下次再來。

來這家是住宿變美兩不誤，皮膚科就在酒店樓上，從濟州島機場下飛機過來這裡也就十多分鐘，超方便。

環境很好，在它家填了法令紋，院長設計和施術時都很仔細，注射過程中還會讓坐起來看看形態，不斷調整

離機場特別近，差不多10分鐘車程就到了，適合像我這種旅遊順便do臉，時間不太充足的人

you can drop off your luggage in front of the lobby, the receptionist is available 07.00 am - 01.00 am, if you need to check out early in the morning you can drop your key on reception desk, this room is great, have a nice view mount halla, and this hotel is near shopping street and lotte mall

I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was nice and held my luggage until check-in. The room was very clean and spacious, and I liked the restoom and closet too. It had a fridge and tea pot, which was perfect. My only trouble was that my phone charger kept falling off the socket for some reason. The front desk was nice enough to provide a heavy-duty tape upon my request. The hotel is very close to a convenient store and, most importantly, bus stops. I was able to take a public bus to get from/ back to the airport. Overall, my stay was well worth the price.

Communication was difficult, as the staff appeared to have very poor language skills. English expectations were not met, and I found it challenging to engage in basic conversations. The only phrase they seemed to know was "one more night?", and even when attempting to communicate in Chinese, they struggled. Instead, they relied on Google Translate, but the translations were often unclear and confusing. This made it incredibly frustrating to resolve any issues. Additionally, the way the staff treated us as foreign guests was concerning. It felt as though they prioritized local guests (KR) and treated us with indifference, which gave me the impression that foreigners were not valued. It is unfortunate, as the property itself has potential, but the service and treatment left a lot to be desired. To all tourists out there, please be aware that they cannot speak decent English or Chinese. I hope this helps others who are deciding whether to stay at this hotel.

**Location is good, front desk staff not helpful** Room rate is reasonable. Breakfast (w 12000) can walk in and quite yummy. The front desk staffs are not helpful to self-travel visitors. They were not take initiation to help. I had problems to download Kakao Taxi app to mobile, the staff was not willing to call taxi for me and ask me just go out to catch the taxi...at midnight 5AM, they even don't know if there are many taxi pass buy. I was quite shocked for this service ;( I'll choose other hotel around this area next time.
