Horrendous Experience at the Jewelry Clinic in Seoul, Korea: Appalling Patient Care and Shockingly Rude Staff I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Jewelry Clinic in Seoul, Korea, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The level of patient care and the appallingly rude behavior of the staff left me feeling utterly disgusted. Allow me to elaborate on this regrettable encounter. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with complete indifference. The receptionists were engrossed in their own conversations, barely acknowledging my presence. When I finally managed to grab their attention, they responded with an air of irritation, as if my mere presence was an inconvenience to them. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking. As if the receptionists' behavior wasn't bad enough, the medical staff took rudeness to a whole new level. The doctors and nurses displayed a complete disregard for patient comfort and were astonishingly impolite. They rushed through the consultation, barely explaining the procedures or addressing my concerns. It was as if my questions were an unnecessary annoyance to them. Furthermore, the clinic's communication skills were abysmal. The staff's command of English was inadequate, which made it difficult for me to fully understand the treatment options and potential risks involved. Instead of making an effort to bridge the language barrier or provide appropriate translation services, they simply dismissed my questions with dismissive gestures and condescending tones. Throughout my visit, I felt like nothing more than a burden to the clinic. The staff's callousness and lack of empathy were profoundly disheartening. It is utterly unacceptable for a medical facility, particularly one that specializes in jewelry procedures, to treat their patients with such contempt. In addition to the appalling patient care, the clinic's cleanliness was questionable at best. The waiting area was unkempt and had an unpleasant odor, which only added to the overall sense of discomfort and unease. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority for this establishment. I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disappointed I am with the Jewelry Clinic. Their complete lack of customer service, rudeness, and disregard for patient comfort are inexcusable. I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this clinic to think twice and explore other options. There are plenty of reputable clinics in Seoul that prioritize patient care and treat their clients with the respect they deserve.

Recently I had a breast augmentation with this hospital and I had such a good experience! When I went in for my consultation, the doctor was extremely friendly and answered all questions that I had. I could tell that he was very experienced so I left the consultation without any fears. On the day of my surgery, I was really nervous but everyone assured me that the surgery would go well. After I woke up, the nurses guided me to my room and I opted to stay overnight for healing. The first night was super painful, but after that I felt comfortable to walk around. It's only been 6 days since my surgery, but I am satisfied so far with my new chest! I can't wait to see the final difference over the next few months!! I also had a translator who continuously helped me through the process. The other nurses and staff were very kind and professional as well. If I had to do the surgery again, I absolutely would! I 100% recommend Jewelry Plastic Surgery. You will not be disappointed! If I ever decide to have any other work done, I will definitely come back!!
