I had a fantastic consultation with Dr. Kim Deok-jung! He didn't push my plastic surgery demands too hard, and he made natural recommendations, only correcting the areas I needed. This made me trust him even more. I really wanted to have surgery with him. He's also very kind. However, the consulting manager, Yoo Su-jeong, is incredibly rude... She doesn't even bother answering my questions and just gives vague, perfunctory answers. No matter what I ask, she just sighs, making the consultation the worst I've ever had. I still feel terrible. The Director didn't push for excessive plastic surgery; instead, he recommended natural-looking treatments by correcting only the necessary parts, which gave me even more confidence and made me really want to have surgery with him. He was also very kind. However, Consultation Manager Yoo Su-jeong was unreasonably unfriendly... She acted as if answering questions was a bother, giving half-hearted, perfunctory responses. She sighed every time I asked something, making the consultation the worst I've ever had, and I still feel bad about it. I wonder why she is even in business. I have never encountered such a level of rudeness in tone and behavior at any dermatology or plastic surgery clinic I have visited, so I am quite taken aback. She treated me like a customer who was quitting tomorrow.
