I went to Urban Plastic Surgery for a forehead reduction, rhinoplasty, and fat grafting, and I honestly had a really good experience from start to finish. This was my first surgery ever, so I was extremely nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel calm and taken care of. The English-speaking staff were especially helpful — they were easy to talk to, patient, and always made sure I understood what was going on, which helped ease my anxiety a lot. One thing I really appreciated is that they never tried to push any extra procedures on me. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. They listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and respected my decisions, which meant a lot to me. It felt very professional but also personal at the same time. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, and comfortable. Everything felt hygienic and well maintained, which is super important, especially when it’s your first surgery. I’m currently Day 1 post-op after my surgery at Urban Plastic Surgery, and I wanted to share my experience so far as an international patient visiting Korea specifically for this procedure. I found this clinic through Beauty Hopper, and what stood out to me immediately was that Urban felt smaller, more personal, and less commercialised compared to many other clinics. That was a big reason I chose it. During my initial consultation, both doctors were extremely professional and attentive. Dr. Choi Eun Gyu, who performed my rhinoplasty, carefully reviewed the reference photos I had shared beforehand and took the time to analyse my facial structure. He didn’t just copy a style — instead, he modified the plan to achieve a more natural result that would suit my face, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lee Jungmin, who did my fat grafting and scalp stem cell treatment, was incredibly kind and honest. I had initially considered additional facial fat grafting to my lips, but he advised that I didn’t need it, which made me trust him even more. It felt like genuine medical advice rather than upselling. The clinic staff were very foreigner-friendly and made the entire process easy to understand. They explained all the pre-op instructions clearly, arranged blood tests, and ensured I felt prepared and supported despite being from overseas. On the day of surgery, everything was very well organised and smooth -from consent and post-op explanations to anesthesia. Before I knew it, the procedure was over. Recovery has been quite intense for me personally, as I bruise and swell easily, but the clinic has been responsive and supportive. I’ve had to take additional pain medication after consulting with them, and I’ve been advised to take things slowly with short walks and good hydration. I’ll be going back tomorrow for gauze removal, and I’m hoping that will relieve some of the pressure on my nose. Although it’s still very early days, my experience so far has been positive and reassuring, especially as a foreign patient navigating surgery in another country. I felt listened to, respected, and well cared for.

On the surgery date, I was given wonderful bedside manner and the best service possible. They assured that I was in the best condition before being discharged from the clinic. The recovery was better than I expected. Any questions or concerns I had regarding my condition were quickly answered, and they were more than happy to address my concerns in person if I wanted, with no hesitation. As for my results, I was very realistic about the outcome of scarring. However, to my wonderful surprise, I had even less scarring than I imagined. Thanks to my Doctor taking his time crafting my results, the scarring has been minimized even more than I thought was possible. I was shocked when the bandages came off. I already felt instantly more confident in my skin and I knew they were only to get more natural from then on. Every day I fall more and more in love with my results. I am so incredibly thankful for Urban Clinic for taking care of me in a very personal way, not like just another number. I have found my new go-to clinic for all my future corrections or enhancements. I only wish I had discovered them sooner!

All the staff were friendly and supportive all the way through, and everything from consultation to check-ups went so smoothly and fast.
