My consultant was a woman in her forties or fifties. I wasn't sure if she was the head of the consultation room, but since she was in charge of consultations, I assumed she was. I asked her to explain Sculptra (a facial rejuvenation treatment), and she only said one sentence: "It's a powder." Was I supposed to guess the rest? I seriously doubted her professionalism, and the entire consultation was very unpleasant. This isn't a mass-produced hospital; I really don't understand why they let someone like that be the head of the consultation room. I highly recommend this clinic! It's been over 10 years since I had my nose done, and since I wasn't happy with the shape and was considering a revision, I was very worried and researched a lot of clinics. I read reviews and searched for hospital ratings every night... Out of all the plastic surgeons specializing in nose jobs, this clinic was the only one that explained my nose thoroughly and recommended only the surgery I needed. I loved it. And most of all, the staff was so friendly. Every time I went, it felt incredible, but it was truly relaxing. We even had fun chatting and catching up. We've become such close friends. Anyway, if you're looking into rhinoplasty, whether it's your first or a revision, you should definitely consult with Mark!
