Just finished my treatment in VandS Clinic Gangnam. The receptionist that assisted me/was assigned to me was Korean. I was hoping for someone who would be able to speak in English. The consultation itself was okay since there was an interpreter. However, I had to ask thrice for the results of the skin analysis before they kept giving me the procedures and the prices. I wish it felt more like they were concerned in solving my skin problems rather than just asking what i wanted done. I told them i was open to their recommendations. It felt like the whole process happened backward (management/treatment options, then assessment and history-taking). While i do understand speed is key to procedures in Seoul clinics in general, the procedure itself was done too hastily — my eyes were hit multiple times, i didn’t have any time to brace for the multiple painful injections done. I was left alone in the booth after applying a post-procedure face mask for about 10 mins with no one attending to me. Mind you, i was the only patient in the room. I had to go to the concierge to ask what’s next. When they said it was “finished”, i didn’t get advice on what to do to my face as after-care. With the multiple, competitive clinics around Seoul, I’d much rather recommend a different one.

a very nice indo-friendly clinic in gangnam! service is quick, this is my last itinerary before flight back so i dont have to stroll around seoul with bruises in my face haha. better know before what you want to do so you wont have to spend that much time in consultation

Seriously, my experience at Vands Gangnam was so good! The place is very cozy and clean, making the whole waiting experience super comfortable. The staff are so kind, friendly, and very attentive to what you need. Huge plus that some of them speak Indonesian, so communication during consultation was incredibly easy. I will definitely come back here again because the treatment is totally worth it. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone! 💖🥰

The clinic is very clean and foreigner friendly. They gave me a very in depth analysis of my skin and recommended the treatments that I would benefit the most from. They answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly and I would definitely come back again and recommend to a friend.

Okay so this place was wonderful, staff ladies were really nice to me and consultant she was really nice as well with good knowledge we of promotions and good deals. And the dr was really good at procedures. I was getting rejuran the most painful procedure, and dr did it really precisely and he was so fast so I got best results. My skin was glowing and I liked it

Hi everyone who is considering treatments at Vands Clinic. I visited the clinic on Sunday, 18 January, together with my husband and daughter. During the consultation, the consultant recommended procedures she said were suitable for our faces. However, I later realized she consistently pushed the most expensive options. In my case, I was charged 1,419,000 KRW for Thermage 300 shots, while the event price on their website clearly states 890,000 KRW for 300 shots. When I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp to ask about the price difference, they replied that it was because I chose 300 shots instead of 600 shots. This explanation does not make sense to me—why would fewer shots cost significantly more? My concern is that the online pricing is misleading, and patients may be guided toward more expensive treatments without clear explanation. If you are planning to visit this clinic, please be very careful, double-check prices, and ask for written confirmation before proceeding. I am sharing this so others can avoid the same experience.

I was out of the country for one month, so I couldn’t receive one session. When I asked how many treatments I had left, the staff told me I had four remaining. I completed three sessions and returned a month later for my last treatment. However, I had to leave the country again due to a health issue, and when I came back, I was told I couldn’t receive my final treatment because I was three days late. It truly feels like a waste of money. I really liked the laser treatment itself, but in the end, it was a waste of both money and time.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and clearly experts in their field, which made me feel completely confident throughout my visit. The service was outstanding from start to finish - friendly, attentive, and very professional. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’m genuinely impressed. Highly recommend!

This is my first time visit and thankfully there are a lot of interpreters with various languages, so that I can consult, ask, and discuss easily with the treatments and adjust with my budget. The clinic provides free skin diagnosis analysis and they send the photo result via email immediately. Moreover, the place is also comfortable and spacious. However, it’s still need improvement, particularly for the clearly communication and transparency, such as the treatment procedures, processes, and methods, the customer's pain tolerance, and the prices. Adding the locker is also needed.
