The staff and surgeon are very friendly and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Dr Kim has strong attention to detail. I recommend getting DES here if you like dolly eyes! So far I’m satisfied with my revision DES.

I had a really positive experience during my consultation at Sugar Plastic Surgery. I was interested in revisional double eyelid surgery. The consultant was very attentive and spoke English fluently. They helped me translate the doctor's recommendations seamlessly. Dr.Jin-Hyung Kim was honest and knowledgeable about the results I wanted to achieve. Despite it being the end of the work day, he was patient and took his time to explain how I would benefit from different procedures to improve my sleepy eye and crease height. It was a small modern, clinic where nothing felt rushed. I appreciate the hospitality provided by the Sugar Plastic Surgery Staff.

After visiting around ten different clinics and thinking it over for a long time, I finally decided to undergo non-incisional double eyelid surgery along with upper eyelid (epicanthoplasty) surgery. There were two main reasons for my decision. First, the doctor is not only highly skilled but also very meticulous and attentive. Thanks to the detailed and kind explanations, we were able to find a design that suited my eyes perfectly. Second, the consultation manager and all the staff were very friendly, which made me feel reassured and comfortable throughout the process. Thanks to them, I am extremely satisfied with the results of the surgery. I highly recommend this clinic.

This was my first cosmetic surgery so i was being extra picky. Did lots of research and narrowed down to 4 clinics but cancelled the rest of my consultations after meeting with Dr. Kim. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest during our consultation and i felt really comfortable with proceeding with surgery the following day. His team was really friendly and i want to especially thank Michelle for helping me since day one. She’s so sweet and knowledgeable - helping me with translation every step of the way and making sure all my questions are answered. I got double eyelid surgery and loving my results so far!!

The doctor was super kind and meticulous last time, and so many people asked me where I got my treatment done! and it is good to do Rejuran consistently in shorter intervals, so I thought it was about time to visit again. I’m really glad I did it under sedation this time again it made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. I got Rejuran and Exosome Black together this time and the doctor treated even around my eyes so precisely—I don’t think it would’ve been possible without sedation! The consultation was, as always, so kind and detailed, and the results are amazing. People around me can really see the difference, which makes me so satisfied. 💖 Honestly, I don’t think I can go anywhere else now. 😆
