All of the staff at the clinic are friendly, helpful, and professional. The clinic is very clean and comfortable, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Dr. Kim performed my non-incisional double eyelid surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. He kindly accommodated me for a consultation on short notice, which I truly appreciated. During the consultation, he was extremely patient, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully listen to what I wanted to achieve. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt confident about the procedure. Although my eyes are still swollen, they already look symmetrical and very natural. I am very pleased with the results so far and would highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team.

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery with Dr. Kim and had a great experience. He speaks excellent English, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and recommended what he felt would suit my eye shape best. All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The procedure itself was quick and painless. For the first two days, I felt some tension around my eyes, but after that everything felt normal. My eyes are healing very quickly and beautifully, and I’m so excited to see the final results once fully healed. The clinic is very clean, and it’s reassuring that they have English-speaking staff—Dr. Kim included. If you’re considering getting this procedure done, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Contacted Wink and promptly reply via WhatsApp explaining the detailed process. I was attended consultant Lily who is meticulous & patient. Dr Choi, the surgeon is soft spoken, gentle & experience. Nurses & reception are all very helpful & friendly. Kudos to WINK!! Location is great, close to subway. Clinic is clean & spacious.
