All staff is so friendly and professional! I got eyelid surgery, and the crease line turned out so pretty! I wanted something subtle and natural rather than overdone, and they gave me the exact look I was hoping for. It was honestly the best decision ever with zero regrets!

My daughter and my husband both had scars, so we started visiting Bonita Clinic last year for stem cell treatment. The Dr. Jung personally performed all of the treatments and procedures, and we were very happy with the results after the stem cell treatment. Because of the great improvement, we came back from the US again this year for additional stem cell treatment. My daughter also had double eyelid surgery. Since getting stem cell treatment at Bonita Clinic, my neck-shaking symptom has improved significantly. I was surprised because the hospital was bigger than I expected. There were so many machines that when I lay down in the laser room, I thought it was an operating room and was a bit scared, but everyone made me feel comfortable, so I had a great treatment. I went because I had a good experience with Thermage, but I heard there is a procedure called Moné these days that doesn't even require anesthetic cream. I tried it out, and it felt great. My skin feels firmer and supple, so I am very satisfied.

I have been visiting this clinic for a long time. Above all, the director is honest and highly skilled, so I trust and am satisfied with my visits. The staff have all been working here for a long time as well, so I feel comfortable and at ease.

I had Ultra Clear the other day. Everything went smoothly, from arriving at the hospital to the consultation and treatment, with no waiting time. I was 30 minutes late, but I was glad that they were able to accommodate me without making me wait or feeling rushed. The consultation was also quite brief, and while they explained things if I asked, they didn't try to upsell me anything, which was reassuring. They used a kind of cooling gas throughout the treatment, so I didn't feel much pain, but when they applied the regenerative cream after it was over, I felt a strong heat sensation and it was painful for a while. The pain was so severe that I wondered if this is what a severe burn feels like. I had the treatment in the afternoon, and the pain subsided by the evening, but if you're planning to go out during that time, the pain was so intense I didn't feel like doing anything, so you might want to be careful. It's now the third day, and the dead skin cells are gradually peeling off. I endured that pain, so I'm looking forward to seeing results from here on out.

This is my second visit. I previously received Ultra Clear, and this time I received stem cells. The staff are all very kind, and I was able to request an interpreter, so I was able to leave everything to them with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

I've been to several clinics in Korea, but an interpreter came from outside the clinic and I was able to receive thorough treatment. They were very kind and explained things carefully. We went as a group of two, and they carefully examined each of our skin. It was painful, but they treated the area right down to the hairline. I'll be coming back for my next treatment after seeing the results.

The consultation was very thorough and they guided me to the treatment that was best suited to me. I was also surprised at the number of laser machines they had. The interpreter was also very kind, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. I'm looking forward to trying the regenerative cream.
