I had a great experience at Fine Clinic. I came in for Botox and an Aqua Facial, and the entire visit exceeded my expectations. The clinic is modern, spotless, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Bang was excellent.. very friendly, straightforward, and honest throughout the consultation. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. The staff was also professional and attentive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Fine Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments.

I had the best experience at Fine Clinic in Seoul! From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The consultation was thorough, and they took the time to explain every procedure and answer all of my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Bang was amazing—so gentle, patient, and skilled throughout the entire treatment. I had Eye Rejuran and Ultherapy, and she made the experience as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how attentive and reassuring she was during the procedures. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. I really enjoyed my experience at FINE Clinic! Everything went smoothly and felt comfortable, from start to finish. Making a reservation was simple and straightforward on their website & they had good availability! The staff was also very accommodating and flexible when I needed to change my reservation time. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted with kindness and care at the reception desk. The staff guided me through each process and created a warm, welcoming environment. Dr. Kim was lovely and very knowledgable - he kindly explained the results of my skincare analysis and offered his recommendations for treatment. During the treatment, I met a variety of doctors and staff-members. Everyone was incredibly considerate and helpful: giving great explanations about each step of the treatments, asking questions about my preferences, checking in on my comfortability, and more. This was my first time doing skin treatments in Seoul so I truly appreciate FINE Clinic for making it a positive experience. I am thankful for everything they did to create an enjoyable experience for their customers. I look forward to returning for further treatments! :)

The staff was highly professional and spoke excellent English. The consultation was outstanding and tailored to both my skin’s needs and my budget. I especially appreciated that all treatments were performed by qualified doctors, which made me feel very safe and confident throughout the process. The assisting staff was also fantastic. She was helpful, attentive, and ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Even though the treatments were expected to be painful, I experienced no pain at all and felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had several treatments at the Fine Clinic (Ultherapy, eyebrow tattoo removal, and underarm Botox) and overall I am very satisfied. The initial consultation was excellent: professional, honest, and tailored to my needs. I was offered effective alternatives to the treatments I originally wanted – without any pressure. The pricing discussion was also very transparent, which I really appreciated. A special highlight: I had forgotten my Mounjaro at home and was able to easily get a new pen on-site, which was a huge relief for me. The treatments themselves were carried out very efficiently and professionally. The entire team of doctors and cosmeticians was consistently friendly, supportive, and attentive. To help with the pain, a numbing cream was applied, and even emotional support was considered – having a small plush toy during the treatment actually helped. I felt very well taken care of throughout and can highly recommend the clinic.

I love the FINE clinic! This was my 4th visit. Luciana was so helpful with my appointment. The entire staff is lovely. The doctor consultation is always super helpful and informative. I always feel very comfortable. It’s also a beautiful clinic in a convenient location. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing team!!! Mickey was very helpful during my check in and later during treatment coordination and reviewing each procedure and costs, and at the end reviewing my post-op recovery instructions! Dr Hong was thorough with reviewing the skin analysis and did not rush through the recommendations and explained everything in detail! I have a very low pain tolerance so when I asked for the numbing cream to be applied twice and left on for a maximum amount of time, they were very accommodating! Dr Sean did my Rejuran and Botox injections and he was amazing!!! He is the master-injector! Highly recommend FINE clinic and will be back next year! Also shout out to all the ladies who helped me navigate and transition in between each treatment! Great teamwork! Thank you FINE team! 💯✨🙏🏼
