I had abdominal liposuction at N Slim Clinic today ☺️ These are photos from the day of the procedure, and I look like a completely different person! ✨ I'm the type of person who swells and bruises easily, but I'm so impressed! 🥺 I was worried about the fat accumulating around the rib cage incision, but that's already gone beautifully. I'd like to have liposuction on my upper arms done at this clinic as well ☺️

I came here on a recommendation from a coworker. I had been getting treatments like V-Olelet for my double chin but wasn't seeing dramatic results, so I decided to get liposuction instead!! It's close to the station, so it's great to come for treatments.

I apologize for the lengthy and potentially sponsored post. I really wanted to share this, so it ended up being quite long! I've had liposuction on my arms, abdomen, and thighs three times here. To put it simply, I'm extremely satisfied, and I've even received compliments from those around me. The downtime was somewhat challenging, and I experienced pain and swelling at first. However, personally, it felt like muscle soreness and subsided within about a month. For the first two to three months, I experienced some pain when moving around, such as on stairs, so I had to be careful to avoid it. I also had two Indiba treatments in Japan, and I was impressed when the doctor said, "I've never seen anyone with so little bruising. The doctor's skills are excellent." The doctor here is very practical; they thoroughly examine and explain the results for each area, and provide specific instructions on what to be careful of afterward. They also assured me that I wouldn't become excessively thin. After the surgery, the doctor personally came to explain things, and sharing photos via LINE showing how much fat had been removed was very reassuring. A Japanese interpreter is provided, so there are no language concerns. The nurses also speak a little Japanese, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The head of the department is always polite and friendly, and even when the interpreter isn't available, they use a translation device to ensure clear communication. Even if I had concerns, I received immediate replies to my questions in Japanese via LINE, and they explained everything very carefully each time. The aftercare is also excellent; they provide thorough care the next day and even confirm available times to accommodate my departure time. Since this was my third visit, I received aftercare for my arms, abdomen, and thighs on both the day of the procedure and the following day, which was a very welcome service. I truly believe this is a trustworthy clinic, not only in terms of technical skills but also in terms of service and support.

This was my first time using this service. I had made a reservation while I was in Japan, and since I had had gynecological surgery in September, they were very kind and thorough in checking everything. They also confirmed my Japanese doctor's permission and surgical history, but that was reassuring. This time, I was treated by the director, but a Japanese interpreter spoke to me throughout the consultation and until I fell asleep during the surgery. The customer service, technique, atmosphere, and efficiency were all of a high standard, and even I, who works in the customer service industry, was very impressed. I definitely want to use this service again!! For now, I'll just do my best with the downtime!

This hospital is already well-known in Korea (especially for liposuction revisions) and is always fully booked without any advertising, relying solely on word of mouth. However, it seems to be less well-known in Japan, which is a bit sad. 🥺 While hospitals that heavily advertise aren't bad, I wanted to let people in Japan know about truly skilled hospitals, so I decided to write this review. 😀 My first experience with Enslim was after a failed procedure at another hospital. Even though it was a second surgery, I was very satisfied with the results, and I've continued to receive their help. I informed them in advance that I would only be in Korea for a short time due to work, and they were very flexible about arranging for stitches to be removed in Japan, which was really helpful. There are many hospitals in Korea, but I think they are truly outstanding when it comes to liposuction. ^_^

I spent a lot of time visiting and searching for a clinic that had diversity with plastic surgeries for foreigners in South Korea and that could understand my needs and expectations. Luckily, I found “N slim Clinic” located in Gangnam. They have an excellent installation with advanced equipment’s. All the staff from their receptionists to their nursers are amazing, their translator Anna and their Counselor/Director Mira Kim have been great supporters for me and excellent guides during all this process. They’re always willing to help and meet your needs. Overall it has been a great experience and I couldn’t recommend this clinic more.

Pre-operative preparation: I found this hospital on Babitalk, searched for their liposuction program, and really liked the feedback I saw. Then I Googled the hospital and added their head of department. I could only communicate with them in Korean via Papago, and the price was the same in both Chinese and Korean. I went for my consultation on December 15th with a translator. The head of department was really nice; she even had surgery herself and showed us. I also looked up the surgeon, who used to work at a major hospital. I was really impressed after seeing several arm and leg cases. Their arm surgery is particularly good. We also had our InBody measurements taken, and the surgeon recommended a liposuction plan based on my indices. For example, I really needed liposuction on my arms, inner thighs, and hip width. However, because my front thighs were very muscular from working out, he said there was no fat available for liposuction. * Surgical Experience: On the day of the surgery, someone came to measure my measurements and custom-make a compression garment for me, which was delivered after the surgery. Before the surgery, the doctor came again to draw lines and explain the treatment plan. After that, my entire body was disinfected with iodine from head to toe, and then I fell asleep. After the surgery, they even helped me put on my clothes and socks; their service was exceptionally good. They also bought my medication and told me how to take it before I went home. * Post-operative Recovery: My legs were very swollen, making walking difficult. I had to disinfect and apply ointment every day. If you have any questions, you can contact them on KakaoTalk; they are available to reply to messages even at 11 pm. The day after the surgery, I went to the hospital for a wound check-up, and they again helped me remove my shoes, socks, and pants. On December 22nd, a week after the surgery, I went for a follow-up appointment, where they checked the wound and performed light therapy and high-frequency therapy to reduce swelling. On December 27th, the stitches were removed, and the wound was cleaned. They then discovered that I hadn't worn the compression garment properly, and there was fluid buildup on my inner thigh. They drained it with a syringe and then managed the swelling. December 28th: ​​Free adjustment of the shapewear size, followed by a 1-hour hot massage to massage the swollen lumps. This helps distribute fat evenly between the skin and muscle layers, preventing unevenness. Afterwards, high-frequency treatment was done to prevent scar hyperplasia. This treatment is once a month free, which is great. * Post-operative results: My arms are 2cm smaller. My thighs are still swollen, so the effect isn't very obvious yet, but you can see that my wide hips have improved and the inner thighs have shrunk. * Doctor and hospital review: Dr. Xu's technique is truly excellent; you can see the before and after photos directly. My friend saw my results and also chose their arm clinic. The head nurse and nurses' service attitude is top-notch. They helped me adjust my clothes throughout the process. I hadn't showered for several days, which was a bit embarrassing, but they didn't mind at all, and they responded to my messages promptly. So every time I go, I buy them coffee and cake—they're so kind! 🥹 Among so many hospitals in Korea, their service is definitely top-notch.
