I went to Dr.G Cheongdam Gowoonsesang Dermatology for AviClear and AGNES. Finding out that AGNES was actually developed at this clinic gave me extra confidence in my choice. The consultation was thorough, and the staff took the time to explain the best options for my skin. I was especially drawn to AviClear for its long-term benefits—ideal for someone like me who can't come in for frequent follow-ups. I have been visiting Gounsesang Cheongdam Dermatology for 25 years. I first started coming here when I entered university and began having skin problems. Over the years, Dr. Lee’s calm and caring approach, along with the friendly reception staff, has helped me with my skin concerns. I have had various treatments here, including skincare treatments, Botox, fillers, and laser treatments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, wearing a mask caused my skin to become quite irritated and problematic. Agnes treatment helped my skin recover and get back to a healthier condition. I also enjoy working out and spending a lot of time outdoors, so I sweat quite a bit. Whenever my skin needs some extra care and recovery, I come back to Gounsesang. I believe that consistently getting the treatments that are right for my skin helps me maintain a youthful and healthy appearance, so I no longer feel afraid of getting older. Great! I'll bring my friends next time to get beautiful. The translator was very thoughtful, accompanying me throughout the process and communicating with me carefully. The doctor was also very good, communicating with me patiently. There was no hard selling; they gave me advice based on my needs.

My syringoma started to appear a little in high school, and over the years, I tried every treatment I could think of: cauterization, peeling, even the CO2 laser, which was considered the best at the time. But it didn't work, and all it did was leave scars, so I just gave up. At some point, as I became an adult, the syringoma grew out of control and clumped together. The stress was so intense that I thought my life was over. It was so bad that people constantly thought I had hives from allergies and told me to go to the emergency room. Then, I read an article about Dr. Lee Chang-kyun of Cheongdam Goun and learned about a procedure called Agnes. I had about 12 treatments (and a lot of money) at several well-known dermatologists, but the syringoma remained. I live in the US, so I went to see Dr. Lee Chang-kyun as a last resort. For the first time, I received consultations solely from the director, not the general manager. The general manager supports the director. Isn't that the true meaning of a hospital? Hospitals these days are truly backwards!! Anyway, back to the main point. I received Dr. Lee Chang-gyun's Hantae Agnes treatment, and my syringomas improved dramatically in just one session! Of course, as the director said, they gradually improved, and while they weren't completely cured (since syringomas are incurable), they were noticeably smaller! After six months, I returned to Korea solely for Dr. Lee Chang-gyun's Hantae treatment, and after two sessions, my syringomas improved so much that people didn't even know I had them until I told them! I came back to Korea the day before yesterday for a third session, just six months later :) This time, I realized how important the director's skill is, even with the same equipment. Dr. Lee Chang-gyun is incredibly thorough. While others might only do a 30-minute treatment, he spent two hours. Even a single treatment feels incredibly different. With such care, how could I possibly have a bad experience? I won't go to any other dermatologist besides Cheongdam Goun anymore. ^^ The price is a bit steep, but I know the director's skill is worth it. I also had pore treatment recently, and I'm really looking forward to it. There are so many people looking for the director, so I want to get other treatments, but that's a shame ㅠㅠ

The therapist is friendly and kind, but the staff at the counter felt unfriendly. While I was changing in the changing room, the staff would come and go, then leave in shock without even apologizing. Some told me to wait and didn't offer any further instructions, so I had to call them over to ask. They would laugh and chat amongst themselves, and customer service seemed to take a backseat. The service was truly disappointing. While skill is crucial for treatment and care, it's the staff that creates a dermatologist's image. At other dermatologists, I've never felt bothered by the staff, but this one felt particularly unpleasant. The director was very thorough in my examination, and I'm very satisfied with the procedure. After the procedure, the staff was very helpful and explained everything I had questions about.
