終於去了一趟Planner整形醫院，做了幾個項目，想分享一下我的感受。面診時我提出了不少要求，醫生並沒有全數答應。有一個項目是我很想做的，但醫生在了解我的狀況後表示，現在進行這個手術的時機不對，建議我再過兩三個月再來，效果會更好。可以感覺到他們真的是從我的角度出發來考慮問題的。醫生在操作前後都為我拍照，做完之後還將前後對比圖給我看，讓我能直觀地看到變化。此外，他們還詳細告訴了我之後的護理注意事項，以及何時該使用什麼樣的產品，真是非常負責任。醫院的等候區有沙發，還播放著韓流音樂，整體氛圍相當輕鬆。整個過程中沒有任何讓人不滿的地方，做完之後我感到非常安心。

The staff who does the english consultation was super nice! the place is super clean and the doctor spent quite a good amount of time discussing what i wanted (lip fillers) and mapping it out on my lips! They're very transparent with options they can offer and their prices

This was my first time visiting Planner plastic surgery clinic and I had an excellent experience. I received milia extractions and it was such a quick and painless process. They scheduled me quickly and customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely return to this clinic in the future!

I did a ton of research before getting my under-eye fat repositioning surgery because I was most worried that I’d end up needing a revision later. 😭 After having the surgery with the head surgeon here, I didn’t experience any of the things I was so concerned about, like changes in my eye shape or conjunctival swelling. The puffiness under my eyes, which had been a huge source of stress, is completely gone! The recovery was also much faster than I expected. If you’re someone who’s been hesitating and worrying like I was, I definitely recommend it! 😊✨

Planner Plastic Surgery is convenient. I got my double eyelid surgery here and it went great!!! I highly recommend it!!!!! The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait.

Because it's a plastic surgery hospital located on Gangnam Main Street, it's both clean and luxurious, creating an atmosphere that girls love. ✅A beauty hub for locals ✅Authentic products at the same prices as in Korea and China ✅Performed by a dermatologist/plastic surgeon The consultation room manager and the doctor were both very professional, friendly, and responsible; It's not an assembly line clinic, I'm very satisfied.

I made a reservation for a procedure through an app. When they called, instead of asking my preferred date, they insisted on knowing my name and nationality. As soon as I told them my nationality they said they wouldn't proceed without an interpreter, which is completely absurd. I speak Korean fluently and have had procedures done before without any issues. This discriminatory behavior as it is unacceptable. If you ever think of getting a procedure done here, think twice because they will ask you twice the price of the procedure. Which I could give them 0 stars 😊

The interior itself is clean and bright, a perfect atmosphere for a plastic surgery clinic located on a Gangnam main street. However, perhaps because they host a lot of events, even if you make a reservation, you have to wait a long time. They should have given you a clear closing time, but they didn't seem to care about that either, so I don't plan on going back.
