I would come back, but want to warn others about a few things first. Naver Maps took us to their old location, but a nice woman literally took us down the elevator and across the street and up another elevator to show us the correct location. Pros: -price. I researched a LOT and settled on this place as they have their prices listed on their website and when I went in they didn't try too hard to "upsell" me. I had a budget of $500USD and ended up spending about $350 with pico, vitamins, injection, rf micro needling, and recovery mask. -no negotiations. I told the consultant what I wanted and she tried to get me to get Rejuran, but I told her no and she didn't argue or try to do much else which was very refreshing. -facility is a pro and a con. Pro is that it was clean and the place to wash your face was nice. Cons: -facility. It is a factory clinic so be aware. You will be shuffled from room to room and forced to sit and wait in a hallway with a bunch of other people waiting for their numbing cream to get effective. You have a piece of paper with the procedures you are getting done and each person who works on you checks off the little box next to what they just did and then you get shuffled somewhere else. -to continue on the factory clinic thread I would warn people if it's their first time getting lasers or micro needling I would steer clear. They don't do a lot to explain things besides showing you the products they are using before opening and quickly saying what they are doing.

Don't get me wrong the clinic is beautiful and clean and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful, the woman who did my consult was so honest and had so much patience. She was not pushy at all to sell me treatments. However, they do not do Lip Flip,Nefertiti or Platysmal bands Botox. The woman who did my numbing was not caring at all, she slapped it on my face and actually ended up only putting a thin layer on my lower face that the rejurn ( notoriously painful) was going to be injected into, which made this injection even more painful. As well as this the woman who put me in the room( different again) was very bossy and made me feel like I was just another number how she just blurted demands at with no care she was rude and very impatient. The doctor was amazing ! She listened to what I wanted and was very quick with her injections which I appreciate with the rejurn under eye and face however because the numbing was not put thicker on the lower portion of my face this was incredibly painful . She did my lip filler and my Botox my lips are very swollen which comes with the healing process of after filler especially because she did little bits at a time which was more smaller injections... All in all, it was just ok. It felt very much like a medical farm hearding you through the steps. There was no indication of any support after you left or during the healing like if I didn't love the results from by Botox, or if I had any issues after my procedures . This made me feel very much like `thanks for your money, and goodbye' if you have any issues to bad' . The prices were also not much different to Australia to be honest as so many other clinics did huge specials. I wouldn't mind paying more if the service felt more intentional and caring however It was not. Which made me feel like I could of gone somewhere cheaper and not have been so disappointed.

Had a great experience doing under-eye Rejuran here. The consultation was professional and informative, and there was no hard selling at all, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The counter staff and therapists were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Looking forward to the results

Although the procedure was quite intense for me—and I cried —the doctor remained exceptionally professional, composed, and attentive throughout. Their patience and commitment to delivering high-quality care were truly commendable. Every step of the experience—from reception to consultation, treatment, and aftercare—was impeccably coordinated. The entire process was seamless and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. What stood out most was the clarity and transparency in communication. There were no hidden costs and absolutely no pressure to upsell, which made the experience feel both trustworthy and genuinely client-focused. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a refined, professional, and reliable aesthetic experience in Korea.

Great experience at Xenia Skin Care in Seoul. The clinic is clean and the staff are very professional and friendly. They analyzed my skin carefully and the treatment made my skin feel smoother and more hydrated immediately. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good skin management in Seoul!

tried this place out 3 weeks ago for some really basic laser procedures and Botox after my go-to place became enshittified, was pleasantly surprised. Its really busy here so things move quickly but the entire procedure was very smooth. The staff were extremely polite and everyone seemed multilingual, some doctors were really friendly and chatty too.

Worst experience ever. The consultant Kim Jin Ha was snickering behind the counter when she was pointed towards us and gave us a disapproved look I dont know for whatever reasons . She appears arrogant and fake . Asked her about procedure recommendations but she wasn’t very personalised and gave very surface suggestions. Everything step was rushed and no empathy whatsoever. No numbing cream , no pre procedure photo taking , no pre-procedure brief, no pre warning when inserting needles for drips. Gels got into my eyes and it stings and neck as well. Doctor asked me to wipe it myself . No staff to accompany to go through the procedures and explain each step. The procedures recommended are mediocre compared to the other clinics . Funny thing is ,the consultant got scolded by another customer right in front of me. This proofs the professionalism of this clinic was subpar and not worth the try. Don’t trust whatever the influencer shows you on social media.. Strongly do not recommend this establishment

I had such an amazing experience in Xenia Clinic! I did the Inmode and the Aqua Peeling, I was a bit scare on the Inmode since it was my first time but it wasn't that painful and bruises were minimal, and I definitely saw the results right after! I'm so happy with all the treatments that I had there, and also it was so much easier that staff could speak english and informe me well about the treatments I was about to get. I really recommend this Clinic if you're coming to Seoul and you want the best experience! Thank you so much!! 🥰

Visited Xenia clinic with my partner and upon entering the clinic, all the front desk staff were really friendly, helpful & spoke fluent english. We were offered to do the consultation together which we agreed to, and we met up with the consultant (not doctor) & had a translator with us. The entire consultation process did not feel rushed, and the consultant did not push for any unnecessary treatments that did not address our concerns. Prices were very transparent & matched what we saw on their website before making the appointment. Payment was requested to be made upfront after the consultation. We had to wash our own faces before proceeding to a private treatment room, and there was little waiting time in-between. I did the LDM facial + IV drip and the nurses made sure i felt okay and had no discomfort. The LDM facial did not feel rushed, despite Xenia being a factory style clinic. I will suggest to do your research on clinics in Korea so you know what you're walking into. Don't expect to pay a good price for a personalised service. Overall, the prices are really affordable compared to other clinics & I was impressed with the service both online & offline. Will definitely visit Xenia clinic again.

I loved the experience from the moment I walked in: professional and warm welcome, I took advantage of first timer and currently running promotions ( be mindful tax is not included but you get tax refund form to receive 7% back at the airport), procedures didn’t feel rushed, I received detailed explanation of the treatments I was receiving ahead of time and was able to ask questions and received breakdown of the prices and list or procedures, clinic was meticulously clean and staff was attentive and nice at all times. I have been coming to Korea for two years to do my routine maintenance ( laser and injections) and I must say this one is my favorite clinics overall.
