在網上做了很多功課，最後決定去you&i醫院看看。操作過程中，醫生每換一個工具都會跟我說明是做什麼用的，讓我對接下來的步驟有預期。有一次我稍微皺了一下眉，醫生立刻就停下來問我是不是不舒服，真是非常細心。真的強烈推薦！價格也很合理。回想起面診的時候，醫生其實已經把這些操作的細節都跟我說過了，但實際體驗下來還是比想像中更加細緻許多。週末的人真的很多，我等了大約20分鐘才輪到自己。整個體驗感非常好，工作人員也都十分專業且耐心。

Absolutely love this aesthetic dermatology clinic! The environment is clean, cozy and relaxing. The staff are thoughtful, professional and patient throughout the whole service. Highly recommend!

This is my second time here and I would recommend it! Got 4 things done in an hour and the process was efficient and informative.

I did Rejuran treatment here. I got really bad bruises under my eyes after the treatment. This is not my first time doing Rejuran and I did not have such a serious bruises with other doctors. I am very disappointed as Rejuran is such a simple treatment so I am in doubt with the quality of the service. I do not recommend this clinic.

室長面診很專業，講解細緻，會拿很多 before/after 案例來對比說明，不會強行推高價項目。

朋友推薦去的，但體驗意外地不錯。環境乾淨，流程順，雖然人多但不會顯得很亂。服務態度整體偏溫和，從前台到護理環節都比較有禮貌。

I bookee a trip to Korea and was looking for a clinic to get some skin treatments. I decided on You & I based on its excellent reviews and I highly recommend it. The consultants and the doctors were very friendly and they caught my needs down to the design. I really enjoyed the professionalism of the aestheticians and their gentle yet precise touch. I am very satisfied with this clinic and I plan to visit again on my next trip to Seoul.

If I come to Seoul again with satisfactory cosmetic procedures and reasonable prices, I would like to visit. The staff are so kind, too. Thank you :D

I was there two times now, once for some injections + Lasering and one time only for some skin cooling and moisturizing. Two times I had a great experience and the money for value was great. I have to say that I (a European) have a Korean friend who translated all the treatments from the consultened and also negotiated about the price (he himself goes there once a month, maybe that helped for the negotiation). The clinic had a lot of negative reviews. If the people (especially with more complex treatments) had these experiences than I totally understand their rating and their comments. Two times for me it was very good.

It was the worst experience of my life. Firstly, the consultant who consulted me was nice but extremely unprofessional. Initially, I came for injection procedures and laser, but I decided to add skincare procedures, this was before the clinic closed. I took the premium aquapeeling package, which, as they explained to me, includes aquapeeling + mechanical extraction + anti-inflammatory injections. I was quickly given aqua-peeling (the liquid got into my eyes and ears), then an anesthetic cream spray was applied, which, as I was told, reduces pain in the same way as an anesthetic cream, and after 3 minutes they began the procedures. I said that I needed Juvelook on the post-acne scars, but doctor just did injections in that area carelessly, plus it was terribly painful, because the anesthetic cream did not reduce the pain at all. then they started extraction , but as they told me, I don’t have big acne and they did it in 3 places. I agreed.(but of course you can't see anything, cause you do it after the injections, when I am brused and swollen😡)and as a post-care I was given LED and simply applied cream to my face. Also my temple terribly hurts after the procedure. I hope they didn’t inject me somewhere where that shouldn't be injected(they didnt even wipe off blood on face my face🤬) Everyone, starting with the consultant, the doctor, and facial care specialist are terribly unprofessional, work quickly, quickly and in a slapdash manner.if it was not possible to add aqua peeling and extraction , why not say that directly? I would have received fewer procedures, but as expected, without any rush. Dermatology clinics shouldn't be like that, it's just terrible. I feel sorry for myself and the money I spent.😑
