我長期受到皮膚問題的困擾，之前在國內也試過一些項目，但效果都不太理想。醫生為我分析了兩種方案的優缺點：一種效果出現得快，但持續時間短；另一種雖然速度較慢，但效果卻更持久，讓我根據自己的需求來選擇。整個操作過程比預期要花更多時間，但醫生每一步都做得非常仔細。途中還會停下來讓我稍作休息再繼續，絕不為了趕時間而草率了事。從細節上就能明顯感受到兩者之間的差異。總的來說，整體體驗超出了我的預期，整個過程讓人感到非常放鬆，也讓我對這家醫院充滿了信任。

Came in with some ankle pain and swelling from my current traveling here in Seoul, and had a great experience. As a foreigner who was lost on what to do, they helped me not only get a diagnosis but had my first experience with a therapy that I’ve never had over in the states that I’m excited to see if it works. Was really simple and a great experience, and I’m glad I chose here!

Super efficient and so helpful. I had an English speaking guide who stuck with me the whole time and did a great job of taking my medical history and explaining what I wanted to each person I interacted with. I had an x-ray, consultation, MRI and another consultation all in 3 hours, at a totally reasonable price. Would definitely come again!

A great hospital. I was met with a pleasant English-speaking professional and everyone was nice and accommodating. They got me in right away, worked with my schedule and got my medications refilled so I didn’t have to continue being in pain!

Helpful assistance throughout. Staffs are friendly and supportive. Explanations by doctors are clear. Sequence of lab tests could be improved though: Went thru MRI and Xray twice, each round after seeing different physician. Overall a positive experience of treatment in a foreign land. I am an Indonesian living in Seoul and find the hospital is fast action and foreigner friendly. I have stiffness on my knee and apparently have fluid on my knee. In my case, they can do mri and the necessary action in the same day. I made the reservation through their whatsapp and i was accompanied by translators in every step so it's very comfortable.

I had an accident whilst hiking where I broke my foot, I was able to turn up on the day and the staff were very accommodating even though it was close to closing time. The staff stayed late to get me an MRI, X-ray and crutches etc all on the same day which meant I could continue with my holiday. They were also very helpful with translation to English providing a translator the whole time I was there. Follow up appointments and physio has also been easy.

I have had back issues for a few months. Scheduling an appointment was easy through WhatsApp and I had a wonderful English translator. The doctor spoke excellent English as well. I was able to get an xray, MRI, and consultation in about an hour. Very pleased with my visit. I highly recommend.

I’ve been emailing them for weeks. They wanted a XR. I sent 4 with very clear images. They replied asking for my passport and personal information, without mentioning if they could help me. It was a complete waste of time. I didn’t feel safe about sharing my personal information, how my passport picture can determine if they can help me or not? The XR should’ve been more then enough.

I’m from the United States and had a re-injury while in Seoul. Nanoori was an excellent place to get an MRI and quick diagnosis. Because I don’t speak Korean, I had a designated nurse stay with me the whole time who also served as a translator throughout my visit. The process was quick and the price quote was accurate.

I am Italian and I landed in Seoul 24h ago with 3 cervical discs compression. The pain was unbelivable and i spent the whole night crying and searching what to do. At 9am i called the hospital and explained the situation. They were very kind, comprehensive and they spoke some English. I got there and i had xray first (less invasive) and an MRI later (it lasted 10 min). My brother in law is an Italian radiologist and he mentioned that this is the best MRI he ever looked at, so clear and so well done! The Doctor was fantastic, i had a 6 epidural shots for pain release and i will Keep having them all week while here. On friday i will go back to Italy and then I will start rehabilitation, but truly.. They went over and beyond to make me feel better despite the Language gap. Thank you!

Doctors are only interested in hav8ng MRI and expensive injection and surgery. I went into this hospital because i have severe pain on my buttocks and side of my legs. Before I got to see the doctor I was asked to take xrays. After the xray finally got to see a so called a spinal specialist. As far as I know lumber has L1 to L5. This doctor pointed S1 (also called sacral base) area on the xrays saying L4,5 and 6 are narrowed so I needed a MRI and possibly looking at getting a surgery. I refused to get an MRI and did not get any treatment from the doctor. He did not even see my back or my legs. I got a week lot of anti inflammation pills and muscle relaxant. It turned out I have piriformis syndrome. Please seek a second opinion.

I am an American living in Seoul. I had shoulder surgery and follow up physical therapy at Nanoori from Feb - Jun 2015. The medical care is fast and efficient. At first visit I had evaluation, x-ray, MRI, care plan and scheduled future surgery within 3 hours of arriving. Surgery was successful. Hospital stay was enjoyable. Follow up visits always had very little waiting. Staff and physicians are always friendly and helpful. I will use this hospital again if the need arises.
