被朋友推薦去了江南Smart醫院，做了一個項目，想分享一下我的體驗。去之前有點擔心溝通上的問題，沒想到面診時醫生直接拿著iPad給我看圖片，把自己的方案和其他方案放在一起比較，還標出了各自的優缺點。這樣一來就一目瞭然了，不必聽那些聽不懂的專業術語。醫生在操作前後都拍下了照片，做完之後再把前後的狀態展示給我，讓我能直觀地看到變化。此外，他們還告訴了我之後的護理注意事項，以及何時該使用什麼產品，真是非常負責任。總體來說，這家醫院很值得去，服務流程也非常順暢。

I used to wake up three or four times in the middle of the night, so I thought it was just simple menopausal insomnia... but since the foggy feeling during the day and the difficulty in carrying on with daily life persisted, I looked for a neurologist and visited. I had tried sleeping pills, but I felt groggy all day the next day, so I realized I needed a different approach... ;;; I heard the director used to work at a major hospital, so I trusted him even more. Through the sleep clinic, I was told that not only was falling asleep difficult, but the quality of my sleep was also significantly poor due to frequent tossing and turning and waking up. Instead of simply prescribing sleeping pills and stopping there, he taught me various methods to help correct my sleep patterns~^^ Thanks to him, the fatigue I feel during the day has decreased lately, and I feel like I'm sleeping more deeply than before, which is great.

I suffered from numbness in my hands and feet for about five months, and when an acquaintance recommended this place, I traveled all the way from Incheon to visit. As expected, just like the rumors, unlike other clinics, they examined my condition meticulously from a patient's perspective, which gave me confidence throughout the entire consultation. The equipment is university hospital-grade, and the professional system made all my anxiety and worries disappear. The private space made me feel safe, and the reception staff, nurses, and the director were all so kind that I plan to continue visiting even though it is far away.

손끝이 자꾸 저려서 신경과 찾아갔는데 신경전도검사 라는걸 처음 받아봤네요. 하기 전에는 좀 걱정이 많았는데 막상 해보니 찌릿찌릿한 느낌만 있고 금방 끝나서 생각보다 할만했습니다. 원장님도 환자 입장에서 하나하나 설명해주시면서 진료해주셔서 긴장도 많이 풀렸고 편하게 검사받았네요. 병원도 깔끔하고 전체적으로 만족했어요

My roommate mentioned that I snore really hard at night, but at first I didn't think much of it. However, she seriously mentioned that I seemed to have frequent episodes of apnea, so I went to the hospital. After undergoing a polysomnography, the results showed that my oxygen saturation did indeed drop during sleep and the frequency of apnea episodes was high. The director explained the test results thoroughly and recommended a CPAP machine, which I am currently using. My roommate says she loves how quiet it is now. I also feel like I sleep much more comfortably than before, so I feel like I put it off for nothing.

I sweat excessively whenever I get nervous, so I got an autonomic nervous system test. It was my first time taking this kind of test, so I was a bit anxious, but they explained everything step-by-step before the test started and checked on my condition periodically, so I didn't feel anxious at all haha. I went there trusting the director because I heard he used to work at Asan Medical Center, and he really is clear in his explanations and very kind!!

I was suffering from severe dizziness, so I searched diligently on blogs and YouTube. I decided to visit after seeing reviews and the director's video, and they really examined me thoroughly. It was my first time undergoing a video nystagmography test, and it was fascinating to see the condition inside the ear through eye movements. They continuously checked on me to ensure I wasn't uncomfortable during the examination, and I felt well-treated at the clinic. I am grateful and happy about that.

I tend to sweat a lot when I'm nervous, so I came here to get an autonomic nervous system test. I was a little nervous because it was an autonomic nervous system test, but I felt comfortable when I entered the testing room, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt even more confident because the director came from Asan Medical Center. He explained everything in detail and reassured me that everything was fine.

great service and politeness toward the patients from both the doctor I met and the front desk receptionists. I am personally into medical knowledges though I am not in the field, and couldn't help but ask some more questions about my symptoms that aren't necessarily needed for the treatment. but the doctor didn't become upset or annoyed at all, she explained what I wanted to know and was honest about what she can do here(as a neurologist) and what she can't(as its more related to pshychiatric field). its so much pain when doctors act very ambiguous about that part, saying things like "oh we will see" etc as if they can do something for me later when in fact all they can do is stuff that can never support me for the actual part i need help with. this one was straight honest and had full respect toward me, I really appreciated it

Gangnam Smart Clinic has a wonderfully designed private room that gives me a sense of security. My energy levels improved significantly after treatment, and my overall mental state was much better. This is a trustworthy, high-end medical institution!

I've always suffered from chronic fatigue, but after stem cell treatment at this hospital, my energy has significantly improved. The doctors here are very professional, and the entire treatment process was very safe and effective. I highly recommend it!
