我在網上做了很多資料研究，最後決定去Hugo整形外科看看。院長在面診時拿鏡子讓我觀察自己的臉部，並用手指指出我的面部特徵，解釋為何有些項目適合某些人，卻不適合其他人。他們不會為了促成交易而隨口答應所有要求，而是真正從我的面部需求出發來規劃治療方案。在做手術時，院長的手法非常穩定，可以明顯感覺到他並非新手。在進行每一個步驟之前，都會先與我充分溝通，詢問我是否有任何不適的感覺。在治療過程中，也會根據我的耐受度隨時調整。手術結束時天色已經變暗，門口的燈牌十分醒目，因此很容易找到回去的路。整個過程讓人感覺非常舒適，完全沒有被強行推銷的壓力。做完之後，我的心裏也變得相當安心。

I was quite nervous at first, Dr. Yang and translator Ms Yuli explained everything clearly, including the expected results and recovery process, which made me feel confident and comfortable. They are patient, caring, and answered all my questions. The procedure was quick 20-30min, and recovery was faster than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Yang at Hugo Plastic Surgery. I came all the way from the states and after researching and having consultations with different facial plastic surgeons in Gangnam I was so happy I chose him. His attention to detail is amazing and I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything done I felt I didn’t need. Yuli is a translator there and she was super easy to talk to and she explained everything perfectly! They are lucky to have her there. All the staff at Hugo l felt were so friendly and I felt super comfortable at all my appointments. I had a combined face and neck lift, brow lift, fat grafting, lower blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and two minor procedures done at Hugo PS in October 2025. After investigating 12 clinics in Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Korea I finally decided for Hugo PS because I felt most comfortable with them and never regretted that decision. Everything went well. Their chief surgeon, Dr. Yang, performed the procedures. Dr. Yang is an experienced surgeon in facial plastic surgery, he was 100% professional; kind and patient in the initial video conference and during pre-op consultation. Hyeon, the coordinator (she goes by Eve for an American audience), speaks perfect English. Aftercare was amazing. I got hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions, LED therapy and face masks depending on what was best for the recovery process. Suture and staples removal was absolutely pain free. So far I am happy with the outcome, it'll take a couple months of course until I can see the full results. Hyeon was always available by messenger or phone; she reminded me of aftercare appointments, provided me with post surgery instructions, booked airport pickup and delivery and hotel transfer when needed. I got perfect service at a reasonable cost and I recommend Hugo PS to everyone planning facial surgery.

The service was wonderful from the very first consultation. I was very well treated by all the staff, from the receptionists to the healthcare team. Doctor Yang is extremely professional and very calm. Eve, who works at the hospital, helped with translation and explained the whole process. Everyone was excellent. During and after the surgery, everything went very smoothly, and I achieved great results. I'm very happy with doctor Yang's work. There are many hospitals in Seoul, but not all of them offer such human and caring service. I highly recommend coming here for your plastic surgery. ; )

My skin got worse and sagged, which was really stressful. But after getting a facelift and skin booster at Hugo Plastic Surgery, I’m truly satisfied!! I even feel like I wasted time worrying before. The doctor at Hugo Plastic Surgery is very skilled both in consultation and surgery and the staffs are kind and nice. No reasons to hesitate :)
