出差順道去了Arskin皮膚科做項目，記錄下來分享給大家。面診時我提出了不少要求，但醫生並沒有全數答應。有一個項目是我很想做的，不過醫生在了解我的狀況後表示現在進行並不合適，建議我再過兩三個月再來，這樣效果會更好。可以感覺到他們真的是從我的角度出發來考慮問題的。在操作過程中，每當醫生更換一種工具時，都會向我說明那是用來做什麼的，讓我能對接下來的步驟有清晰的預期。有次我微微皺了皺眉，醫生立刻就停下來問我是否不舒服，真是非常細心。場內還有免費的wifi，等待的時候我就刷了會兒小红書。整體體驗非常好，工作人員也都十分專業且耐心。

This is my second time visiting Arskin Clinic all the way from Malaysia, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This time, I had the Exosome treatment, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. My skin feels healthier, more hydrated, smoother, and has a beautiful natural glow. I can already see an improvement in my skin texture, making it look fresher and more radiant. The doctor and all the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I consulted Dr Hong during my holiday in South Korea. This was my first time in S Korea - I am Australian and was not keen on going to a factory type clinic. Dr Hong was recommended by a friend. The initial consultation was easy and thorough. He was fluent in English (alone with the consultant) and he was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns that I raised. I felt so comfortable during the entire process and the clinic was so easy to find. I am absolutely ecstatic about my results already. I had filler, botox, laser for hyperpigmentation and titanium lifting. I will definitely be back and referring this clinic to anyone who visits S Korea. Thank you again Dr Hong and team!

He provides recommendations based on individual needs. The consultants are warm, welcoming, and helpful. The clinic has both English- and Chinese-speaking consultants, making communication easy and comfortable. The clinic environment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with private treatment rooms that provide added comfort and privacy.

I have a very pleasant experience today here with Arskin. They are very helpful and friendly. They have guided me very well and solved all my concerns. The ambiance is relaxing no pressure at all. I hope to come here again when I’m in Korea again!

Location is easy to find, just one min walk for the station. They have translator during all the services, and I really like the translator - big shoutout to her as she helped a lot on communications as I had so many questions. And Doctor Hong is really nice and friendly in communications, he also gave me a lot of support as he knew I was a bit nervous.

It was my first time getting procedures done so I was really nervous but I’m really content with the staff, service and treatments. They made sure to check on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and explained the procedures in detail so you weren’t going in blind sighted. Highly recommend!

The Arskin clinic did an exceptional job with a consultation and treatments. The team was professional and attentive to make the experience enjoyable. Gayoung spoke English very well and walked me through treatments making me feel comfortable with the care provided. Post care instructions were clearly provided and helpful. From start to finish I felt I was in good hands!

Dr Hong is fantastic, and super friendly, Pong was very patient wjth her consult, she listened to our request and customize plan for us. GaYoung is speaks English very well.

This was such a great experience! The staff were so accommodating and really listened to my concerns, and were so lovely. They were straight up with all the charges and had a Korean to English translator. Will definitely visit again!
