最近實在太累了，於是去Spa Gogyeol做了個放鬆護理。技師先讓我描述一下平時的身體狀況，接著再針對性地推薦幾個需要特別放鬆的部位。他們並沒有強制推銷全身的護理服務，而是建議先處理最緊繃的部分。整個過程大約一個小時，節奏掌控得非常好。在按壓腿部的時候，技師還幫我做了些拉伸動作，感覺非常舒適。店內的裝飾相當新穎，以白色為主調，看起來乾淨又整潔。整個體驗讓人感到十分舒適，完全沒有被強行推銷的壓力。做完之後，心裏也變得特別安心。

I had a 90mins full body massage with Sophy. She was very professional and attentive and focused on reliving the tension in my body. This is my first time to the spa and I’m intrigued by the mix of what I called Swedish, pressure focus point, and elements of Thai stretching. The spa’s ambience was very relaxing. The therapist really helped release a lot of tension and worked thoroughly on the areas that needed it most. I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Really detailed analyse of the skin before the facial. The facial itself and massage were always adapted to pain if it was felt! After the facial you get a little card with all the key point yo keep your skin fresh. I really recommend this place and would definitely come back on my next trip!

First experience for me at Spa Gogyeol and it was my birthday. The team were so nice they prepared a cake! I was delighted. We had the lifting face massage and a full body deep tissue massage for my hubb this was his first facial massage ever done by Julie, and I had my done my Joy- the one of the best. I love it and I highly recommend it! Do book in advance and the spa will confirm the appointment before your trip!

My masseuse, Remi, really knew all the right spots and worked on the tension areas with great skill, making the entire session incredibly effective and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from start to finish, which made me feel comfortable right away. The ambience was also excellent—calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Definitely my go-to place in Seoul from now on for a truly amazing massage. I return to this special place where massage technique is unmatched! I get monthly massages at spas and with RMTs and this place gives top 3, BEST massage EVER in my life! Whenever we are in Seoul we book this place well in advance to ensure we get a proper treatment. Their knowledge of stretching and how muscles group work together along with their pressure point, strokes and massage techniques will leave you feeling like jelly. If you are so lucky to get an opportunity to get a massage here, RUN as fast as you can to snag an appointment time. You will not regret it. Trust me best ever

Had a really great experience here. Upon arrival, the spa was nice and clean, the manager that did our consultations was friendly and professional. We booked for the full body massage and facial packages. She made recommendations based on our body and skin conditions. Once we entered the treatment room, the environment was very relaxing and peaceful. The whole experience was very relaxing that we both drifted in and out of sleep through the experience. We got some tea, traditional snacks along with a post-treatment card with recommendations for at home body/facial care. Overall the experience was lovely and we will definitely come again when we are visiting Seoul 🤭

I booked the 90 min. full body massage and scrub. Karina took care of me and my body feels so relaxed! Wonderful experience for travelers who need their knots sorted out.
