第二次造訪首爾的Flow SPA了，這次試作了新推出的項目。院長在進行面診時，會拿鏡子讓我看看自己的臉部，並用手指指出我的面部特徵，解釋為何某些項目適合某些人而不適合其他人。他們不會為了促成交易而隨口答應所有要求，而是真正從我的面部需求出發來規劃治療方案。醫生的操作手法非常專業，可以明顯感覺到每個步驟之間的銜接十分流暢，沒有停頓或猶豫的感覺。治療結束後，室長還進來詢問我的感受，整個服務流程相當完善。整體體驗不錯，我會考慮再來一次。

Excellent full body massage by Ibeen! She speaks great English and her pressure was just on point - medium-hard with just the right amount of pain. (You can choose how much pressure you like) The building the spa is located in feels more local (not so luxurious) but the spa itself is a different story. Beautiful and luxurious interiors, wonderful facilities. The experience was well worth the money. Highly recommended!

超棒的按摩！ One of the best 🙌 I absolutely loved the 90 minute full body oil massage. They provide a questionnaire beforehand to understand your needs and your favorite scent before the massage begins. This spa truly deserves 5 stars! It exceeded all my expectations. The lady who managed our appointment spoke excellent English and thoughtfully recommended a hydrating facial, since we had aesthetic treatments earlier in the day. The facial was skillfully done with smooth, confident strokes—clearly by someone experienced. I appreciated that there were no pushy sales tactics, just a calm, relaxing atmosphere enhanced by gentle aromatherapy. The experience ended beautifully with a cup of tea and a traditional snack. Simply perfect.

I had an amazing experience at this spa! My friend and I booked facials at the last minute, and they turned out to be the best we’ve ever had. The esthetician included an exceptional head and upper body massage that made the experience even more relaxing. Joanne was incredibly attentive—she carefully listened to our concerns, accurately identified my skin issues, and customized the treatment perfectly. She was not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and professional. I can’t recommend this spa enough!

The place is simply amazing. I booked a 90 min session with full body massage and facial. Feels so relaxed afterwards and skin redness is gone immediately after the treatment. Skin feels glowy and smooth. The environment is very clean and pleasant with nice ambiance, even the bed is heated. The masseuse is very friendly and very professional. Also took a shower where they offer Aesop shampoo and body soap. Whole experience is awesome
