在 Vencell 完成了項目之後，想來分享一下我的真實體驗。面診時，醫生既沒有敷衍了事，也沒有一味照著我的想法來做。我告訴他想做哪種項目，醫生就會認真分析我的臉部條件，告訴我哪些適合我，哪些其實並不需要。解釋得很通俗，不會用一堆專業術語讓我聽不懂。操作過程中，醫生一直十分專注，會即時觀察我的反應並調整手法。在進行每個步驟之前，都會事先告訴我接下來會有什麼感覺，讓我有心理準備。整體的節奏掌控得非常好。在附近找餐廳找了好一陣子，最後還是在便利商店解決了三餐。整體還不錯，之後再看看效果如何吧。

Before any treatment, they communicated and verified the care and the products .I loved every minute of my experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality treatment . I visited Dr. NewCell today and got the ELREJU treatment. It was my first time there, but the consultation with Dr. Yeon was very calm and reassuring. He explained my skin condition clearly and told me what would be most helpful right now, without pushing anything unnecessary, which made me feel comfortable right away. The procedure itself was much less painful than I expected. I also didn’t have any noticeable redness or swelling afterward, and my skin felt hydrated immediately. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere of the clinic was very comfortable, so the whole experience felt easy and relaxed. I’m looking forward to seeing how my skin improves and would like to try other treatments there in the future.

While Ulthera was a bit more intense toward the end, the combination of numbing cream, laughing gas, and pain-management injections made it very manageable. After our treatments, the staff provided printed post-care instructions, prescriptions to pick up at a nearby pharmacy, and a barrier-repair cream for continued recovery at home. As a final touch, they included oxygen therapy to help soothe the skin and accelerate recovery—it felt refreshing and calming, a perfect end to a long day of treatment. While the pricing is more on the premium side, the entire experience truly reflects a premium level of care and professionalism. This is not a “factory-style” clinic—it’s personalized, educational, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and quality. We left feeling informed, cared for, and excited to see the results over the next few months. We’d absolutely return for the other treatments recommended.
