I am sharing a real-life case to help others make an informed decision. In early February 2025, I underwent consultation and surgery (cost 2.2 million won) to remove under-eye fillers. However, during a follow-up check six months later, I was informed that some parts had not been removed. I am currently in a perplexing situation as the hospital stated that re-surgery is only possible if an additional 1 million won is incurred. A small amount was removed from the left side, while the right side remains exactly as it was before the surgery. I recommend that you carefully check post-operative care and the possibility of additional costs before proceeding.

초음파 검사 관련해서 매우 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 초음파 비용으로 14만원을 지불했는데, 정작 검사 결과인 영상(이미지)은 복사해 줄 수 없다고 했습니다. 대신 소견서만 작성해 줄 수 있고, 그 비용으로 추가 2만원을 요구했습니다. 환자로서 본인의 검사 결과를 확인하고 다른 병원과 비교 상담을 하는 것은 당연한 권리라고 생각합니다. 그런데 영상 제공은 거부하면서 추가 비용만 요구하는 방식은 납득하기 어렵습니다. 또한 필러 제거 비용이 300만원 이상이라는 설명을 들었는데, 충분한 자료 제공 없이 고가 시술을 권유받는 느낌이 들어 신뢰가 가지 않았습니다. 전체적으로 설명과 대응이 환자 입장이 아닌 병원 중심으로 느껴졌고, 투명성이 부족하다고 느꼈습니다. 이 병원을 방문하실 분들은 검사 자료 제공 여부와 비용 구조를 반드시 미리 확인하시길 권합니다.
