醫生會告訴我什麼時候可以運動，效果確實比預期中要好，地點也相當便利，服務也非常周全，他們還會提醒我注意飲食。整體來說，我非常滿意，真的值得推薦。

我去清潭的b&a醫院打了玻尿酸，現在將我的真实感受記下來。就診時，醫生先進行了皮膚檢測，然後根據檢測結果分析我的問題。我表示想要進行某個項目，醫生直接指出那個項目無法解決我的核心問題，建議我換一種方式。醫生解釋的原因非常清晰，並非含糊其辭，讓人感到非常可靠，他們並非在欺騙患者。注射過程非常順利，我對結果非常滿意。在注射玻尿酸時，醫生先捏了捏我的鼻樑和下巴，確定哪些部位需要進行骨相調整；注射時手法非常輕柔，邊注射邊壓迫塑形，並非打完一針就完事。注射完後，醫生用鏡子讓我查看效果，如果對哪個地方不满意，還可以再進行調整。整個過程中，醫生都非常尊重我的意見。總體而言，我的體驗非常良好，醫生和科室負責人也都非常盡責。

Stem cell PRP is truly amazing for skin regeneration. I also had it done with Ulthera, and the lifting was amazing. My skin is usually thin and prone to dryness, but after the procedure, it feels noticeably healthier. ^^ My skin tone has become more even, and some wrinkles seem to have smoothed out, so I'm even more satisfied. It's a simple procedure, but the results are truly remarkable. LOL The director checked my condition thoroughly during the procedure and explained aftercare tips thoroughly, so I felt confident in getting it done!
