室長會告訴我什麼時候可以運動，地點在明洞，那裡遊客很多，術後護理有些麻煩，不過有休息室，面積有幾坪，非常舒適，躺下來感覺很舒服。醫生會根據我的恢復情況調整治療計劃，效果很自然，從不誇大其詞，確實值得推薦。

The treatment was ok, I chose a simple facial and it was as expected. Though the whole experience did not feel comfortable. I had to talk to a consultant who had to recommend the treatments, that felt really artificial. I felt that she did not listen and just talked out of a script. On top, it felt like I was totally unimportant when I said that I just wanted a simple treatment just to try the Korean k-beauty experience. Choose somewhere else.

Before traveling to Korea, I contacted the clinic regarding a treatment for dark circles and a basic facial cleansing. They recommended Juvelook for the dark circles and an aqua peel for the face. The prices seemed reasonable. However, once I arrived at the clinic, the person handling the billing told me those treatments weren’t suitable. Instead, she suggested Rejune for the dark circles, another treatment for cleansing, one for hydration, and then microneedling with a skin booster. She assured me I would see results within 2 to 4 weeks. But the prices were much higher than what I had been told before coming to Korea. At no point did they mention that more than one session would be necessary to see results. When I contacted them later to say I hadn’t seen any improvement at all, they claimed they had informed me about the need for multiple sessions — which is completely false. I don’t live in Korea, and I would never have paid 700 euros for a single session knowing it wouldn’t be effective. I’m not stupid. Since then, they’ve been ignoring my messages on WhatsApp. I truly feel they took advantage of me as a foreigner, trying to sell more expensive treatments without being honest. I deeply regret this experience. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

I visited the clinic in Myeongdong for a biorevitalization treatment with Dr. Chang, and I was absolutely impressed! Dr. Chang is an outstanding specialist – attentive, gentle, and highly professional. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the procedure, and the results exceeded my expectations – my skin looks so much better now. The clinic is excellent, and Dr. Chang is truly the best!

Kleam Clinic was such an amazing experience. Bellani took care of my whole party. There are refreshments such as coffee and tea in the waiting area. My skin feel a lot better after getting my treatment.

The Ultherapy procedure was held in the private room so that I didn't have to encounter other clients. The doctor was professional and people were very nice.
