Be careful when booking!

I made two bookings to stay at this place in Seoul, but I had to cancel my trip due to the ongoing war in the Middle East (my flight via Qatar was canceled).

I informed the host one month in advance and only tried to change the dates, not cancel. However, he was completely inflexible, claiming he wouldn’t be able to rent the property until April 1st and refusing any changes. Even with Airbnb support involved, nothing changed. I ended up canceling nearly 20 days of stay and paying a 50% penalty.

There was a clear lack of empathy and flexibility in an exceptional situation.

If date changes are not allowed after a short period, this should be clearly stated in the conditions - which it isn’t. The listing suggests changes are possible, so be careful when booking.

I rescheduled my trip, but not at this place. In the end, I’m actually glad I didn’t stay here, as I later saw several complaints, including about the cleanliness, which is unacceptable.

Cuidado ao reservar!

Fiz duas reservas para me hospedar neste local em Seul, mas precisei cancelar a viagem devido à guerra no Oriente Médio (meu voo era via Qatar) e foi cancelado.

Avisei o anfitrião com 1 mês de antecedência e tentei apenas alterar as datas, sem cancelar, mas ele foi totalmente irredutível. Alegou que não conseguiria alugar o imóvel até dia 01 de Abril e não aceitou nenhuma mudança. Mesmo com o suporte do Airbnb, permaneceu irredutível, tive que cancelar quase 20 dias de hospedagem e pagar 50% de multa.

Faltou empatia e flexibilidade em uma situação excepcional.

Se não há possibilidade de ALTERAÇÃO após um curto período, isso deveria estar muito claro nas condições e não está, vendem com possibilidade de alteração, então, cuidado ao reservar essa hospedagem.

Remarquei minha viagem, mas não neste local, no fim, ainda bem que mudei pois vi agora que já diversas reclamações aqui inclusive relacionadas a limpeza do local, o que é inaceitável.

我注意到有很多人對這個地方有負面評價，但我的體驗卻相當不錯。這裡距離明洞夜市很近（步行大約9到10分鐘），不過其實不必擔心，因為住宿地周圍就有許多受歡迎的餐廳、飲食店以及便利商店。房間非常寬敞，我帶了四個行李箱，全部都能放得下。浴室也很乾淨，熱水的出水壓力也很強。

這可能是我住過最差的飯店了。房間又髒又潮，還有難以忍受的惡臭。牆壁薄如紙張，旁邊房間的聲音都能聽得一清二楚。只過了一天，我房間的供水系統就完全壞掉了。

雖然我多次試圖聯絡店主，但他們卻毫無反應，也沒有幫忙解決這些問題。起初我還以為以這個價格已經很划算了，但只住了一晚之後，我就不得不離開並另找住處。這間飯店根本無法居住，和廣告宣傳的差別實在太大。我強烈建議大家避免選擇這裡。

位置很便利，價格也相當實惠。房間的牆壁很薄，因此可以清楚地聽到鄰居的聲音。床會向中間凹陷，枕頭的厚度也不夠。衛生間裡沒有遮光窗簾，也沒有淋浴間。我用毛巾擦臉時，發現它有難聞的味道。有電梯可以帶我們到對應樓層。

附近有咖啡廳和便利商店。

外面的道路上到處都是垃圾，還有一些人正在吸菸或使用電子煙。附近有很多燒烤店，但在步行距離內並沒有太多適合遊客購物的選項。

總體來說，這是一家性價比很高的住宿選擇。

說實話，這個地點簡直完美，房東也很友善有禮，他們提供的資訊品質也非常好。

不過房間一點都不乾淨，看起來非常陳舊，且缺乏維護。我原本預訂了兩晚，但住完第一晚後就決定提前退房，因為浴室的髒污程度實在是過於嚴重了。

其實從第一晚開始我就不想繼續住了，但此時已經太晚，無法再找其他的Airbnb房源了。

一切都很好 除了隔音效果欠佳

我給它 10/10 的評分。這裡離地鐵很近，步行即可到達許多地方。整體環境也非常乾淨整潔，是與朋友聚會的理想夜生活場所。
