Paying around ¥4,000 per night for 7 nights turned out to be one of the biggest travel mistakes I’ve ever made.

This is exactly what the basement room looked like at check-in. Although the toilet and shower are separate, you don’t even need to open the bathroom door to smell it. A strong sewer odor mixed with what smelled like sewage and feces filled the room. The smell was unbearable, and there was visible mold in multiple places.

The floors were covered with hair and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The shared lounge was in complete chaos, with belongings and clutter piled everywhere. It looked neglected rather than simply “lived in.”

¥4,000 for a bed in a 4-bed dorm? Give me a break. This feels like a scam.

I honestly cannot understand how this guesthouse has such high cleanliness ratings on Booking.com and Agoda. Many reviews give it 9/10 or even 10/10 for cleanliness, which is completely inconsistent with what I experienced.

Instead of feeling comfortable, I was genuinely worried about getting sick from staying here. The hygiene standards are Unacceptable, and I don't understand how this place is allowed to operate under these conditions.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I honestly think you'd have a better experience sleeping almost anywhere than staying here.

Booking seven nights at approximately 4,000 yen per night was one of the biggest mistakes of my travel life.

This is the condition of the basement room immediately after check-in. The toilet and shower are separate, but even without opening the door, the room was filled with a foul odor of sewage and drains, mixed with a smell like filth and feces. The smell was terrible, and mold was growing everywhere.

There was hair on the floor, and no signs of cleaning. The shared lounge was also cluttered, like a storage room.

4,000 yen for a four-person dormitory room with bunk beds? That's ridiculous. This is scam level.

Booking.com and Agoda give this place a high rating of 9 or higher for "cleanliness," but what I actually saw was completely different. I seriously doubt it's the same place.

Far from being comfortable, I was genuinely worried about catching a disease in that environment. The sanitary conditions were extremely serious, and I can't believe they're even operating in this state.

Absolutely do not stay here. I strongly recommend finding a different place to stay.

實在太糟糕了，千萬別來住！簡直可怕至極，絕對不要選這裡！

除了地理位置之外，其他方面全都一團糟。
1. 上下鋪的房間都在地下室。
2. 4人房只有兩個置物櫃，而且那些櫃子根本沒有鎖，安全措施完全沒有。所有貴重物品都得放在行李箱裡，實在很不方便。
3. 每張床上都沒有燈光，只能靠手機的燈光，或者請別人幫忙關掉房間的燈。
4. 房間裡還有許多不屬於任何住客的私人物品，幾個大包和行李箱堆得到處都是，感覺就像住在儲物間一樣，非常不舒服。
5. 有些住客已經在那裡住了好幾個月，和他們同住簡直就是噩夢。他們佔用了所有的掛鉤、衣架和置物櫃。
6. 公共休息區也亂得一塌糊塗，各種東西雜亂無章地堆滿了整個空間，簡直就像車庫一樣。
7. 他們甚至把前門的密碼直接寫在門上，這種做法實在很不明智，安全措施完全沒有。
8. 床和床架之間還有頭髮和灰塵，實在很髒。
9. 我預訂的是4人女性用的上下鋪房間，但他們給我的房間和他在Booking.com上展示的完全不一樣。在我投訴之後，他們承諾從第二晚開始會讓我住到和網站上相同的房間。然而第二天我搬到新房間時，那裡卻一片混亂，地上到處都是垃圾，看來他們根本沒有檢查過房間就讓我入住。

为弘大商圈，闹中取静，往8号出口有更多美食。房型算大，还有沙发，沙发垫红红的，房东就立马来换，若能把床垫都改为弹簧床为满分啊！第一天逛街住宿晚了，热水也没了，好在是夏天，房东也一早就来调整。居住4晚，有一天下雨，提供爱心伞，非常方便！

這絕對是最差的青年旅館之一。服務態度惡劣，距離車站有11min的路程，還得自己拖著行李走。而且位置很難找。床很小，床單和被套摸起來很粗糙，整個地方也一塵不染，看來他們根本沒錢雇清潔工，或者根本就不想雇。

這裡沒有宵禁或安靜時間（大概房東根本不在乎），因此噪音不斷，牆壁也很薄，甚至能感受到不同樓層之間的震動（有地下層、一樓、二樓和三樓），還有人會在凌晨2點才來辦入住手續——這簡直是睡覺的最糟糕地方，有如身處第三世界國家一般。

唯一的優點就是洗衣服務，洗滌器和乾燥機的使用費合計500日圓——但總是有人在那邊不停地洗衣服。

作为背包客，非常非常失望

位置很好，工作人員也很友善。步行 10 分鐘就能到地鐵站，周圍還有許多餐廳和商店。房間很乾淨，大小也剛好合適。

唯一的缺點是衛生間有難聞的氣味。

這是與朋友同住的好去處，環境安全，位置優越，距離熱門景點也不遠。每間宿舍都有獨立的淋浴間和廁所，此外還有公共廚房（不過衛生狀況一般）、洗衣機和烘乾機。大廳裡也有價格實惠的飲料和零食可供購買。我們房間的廁所衛生狀況不是很好，淋浴間也堵塞了，但房東立刻就前來更換淋浴器的濾網。整棟建築共有三層，沒有電梯，因此如果帶著大型或沉重的行李會很不方便。若是住在半地下的房間，則必須時刻保持窗戶打開，否則房間會變得潮濕、悶熱且有異味。建議將百葉窗調至一半的高度，這樣從街上就能看到房間內的情況。

這是假期時極佳的住宿選擇。這間青年旅社距離弘大時尚街和地鐵站都非常近，交通十分便利。旅社內部十分乾淨，我住的是四人房，環境安靜極了！工作人員也非常好客！如果我再回到首爾，一定還會選擇在那裡訂房。
