Minha experiência na clínica foi incrível! Desde o primeiro contato com a recepcionista russa que fala inglês que conseguiu uma consulta para o dia seguinte (obrigada!!!). Fui muito bem acolhida, me passaram todas as informações necessárias, tive ajuda com a tradução e também com a documentação em inglês para entregar ao seguro. O médico fez o exame necessário e me passou todo o tratamento, que era urgente porque estava com tromboflebite. A clínica tem toda a estrutura e conforto necessário, desde sala de espera com cadeira de massagens, café, água e chá, até o apoio de uma tradutora muito simpática e um vídeo explicativo dos diagnósticos e cuidados necessários. A clínica tem estacionamento sem custos (pedir na recepção). Toda a equipe está de parabéns pelo profissionalismo e empatia, obrigada! 💛✨️

I've suffered from varicose veins for many years, but now I've reached a critical point, and I was delighted to turn to this clinic. They treated me like an honored guest. Her legs were constantly swollen and painful, with bulging veins that ached at night. Her legs were blue from the veins. Hello everyone! I've never written a review about treatment, but I've never gone through the three-year journey to healthy legs. I developed varicose veins at age 20 (immediately after pregnancy and the birth of my son), and I always wanted to overcome them. I couldn't decide on a clinic or doctor, and now I'm 54, have two varicose veins, my legs are in terrible condition, and on another flight, I developed a blood clot under my knee. A week of diligent online searching and I found the LEDAS clinic to my rescue. The doctor isn't just a tireless worker, but a top-notch specialist. My deepest respects go to Dr. Kim Byung Jun, he chose a gentle method for me, and I visited the clinic four times for the first two months, and then every six months. I was always greeted by polite staff, and I felt welcomed, and they even adjusted my appointment if necessary (if I was running late). Thank you so much to Dr. Kim Byoung Joon and every clinic staff member, and of course, the coordinator and translator, Ekaterina, who spent so much time with me and guided me throughout the treatment. I got to know LEDAS Varicose Vein clinic through some russian YouTubers. I live in Seoul and I wanted to get an appointment there. When I spent some days in Busan, I could visit the clinic and get my veins checked. With the newest technology the doctor gave me an perfect overview about my vein condition. A plus is the interpreter. She speaks Russian, English and Korean fluently. She helped me to understand every detail about veins and my results from the check-up. Everyone is very kind and patient. Foreigners are welcomed and there is no need to be afraid not knowing korean. You will get even an awesome before and after service from this clinic. They will help you with documents for your insurance if you need it. I really recommend to go there. You won't be disappointed.
