Had a great experience at PPEUM Clinic Jeju. The clinic was very clean and hygienic, and the staff were efficient, patient, and reassuring throughout the treatment. They also offer multi-language support, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The environment felt comfortable and professional. Would definitely recommend!

The overall experience was very smooth and easy. They have trained translators for English & Chinese and will ask you between procedures. Often have monthly promotions and can ask for recommendations for what procedures you are suited for.

The overall experience was seamless and comfortable. A good team of consultants, translators, nurses and doctors. The English interpreter was wonderful. A nurse herself, her explanation was clear. She checked in on me often. I chose one of the most pricey treatment - stemcell therapy which involved IV drip and micro-needling. I'm looking forward to the expected results. The VIP room and other spaces are clean, nicely played out and soothing lighting. Recommended by a friend to PPEUM, I highly recommend to those who want agood, affordable beauty treatments.

The doctor was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Results look natural and I’m very happy with them.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of some reviews I saw online, but my experience turned out to be really pleasant. The English translator, Miae, was friendly and did a great job helping with communication (I speak Korean as well, so I can confirm her translations were accurate). The therapist wasn’t pushy at all—once I mentioned my budget, she worked around it comfortably. They also applied plenty of numbing cream, which I appreciated. The doctors were warm, attentive, and kept checking to make sure I wasn’t in pain, which was very reassuring. I got the Ultline and Cellrderm treatments, and overall I’m really happy with the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
