Very professional eye clinic in Gangnam. Doctor speaks English well and staff are kind. Highly recommended for foreigners.

I received smile lasik surgery on 7/2 and my vision has significantly improved. The entire team was very nice and explained things thoroughly. There are many exams they do to make sure you are a good candidate. The surgeon also reassured me and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.

My experience with the clinic has been nothing but pleasant so far a day after surgery. I believe the most important factor is the expertise of the doctor and this clinic definitely shines above the rest here. He and his team were calm, collected, and professional throughout the whole process which reassured my worries.

My experience at the Gangnam Joeunnun Vision Clinic was exceptional! I was able to book a same day consultation, along with the SMILE PRO surgery. The clinic provided an interpreter, named Martini, who was excellent. The initial consultation and examination were extremely thorough. The staff did a great job during the examination and in explaining all results. They also did a great job explaining the surgery options with the respective pros and cons. I decided to go with the SMILE PRO due to the quick surgery, quick recovery, and cutting edge technology to correct my myopia (-4.0,-3.75) and astigmatism. I cannot recommend the surgery enough. The procedure was very quick, and the only symptoms I had post surgery were slightly blurry vision (which significantly improved the next day) and dry eyes. I experienced no pain or foreign body presence. Dr. Kim was very professional and extremely skilled. He explained the whole procedure and executed it flawlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and the Gangam Joeunnun Vision Clinic if you are looking for corrective eye surgery. I’ll be paying him a visit the next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Dr. Kim!
