我一直有皮膚問題，在國內也試過一些項目但效果一般。面診時醫生把我的皮膚問題一個個列出來，然後告訴我每個問題的優先級，該先解決哪個、再解決哪個。思路非常清晰。醫生在操作前先仔細看了我的皮膚檢測報告，實在太划算了，讓我感到非常驚喜，接著他在我臉上做了標記。整個過程雖然花了不少時間，但每一步都十分精確。做完之後也沒有明顯的紅腫，手法確實很棒。總體上我很滿意，下次想試試其他的項目。後來當我放鬆下來之後，他還會開玩笑地說：「現在不痛了吧？」，整體氛圍十分輕鬆。

I had a great experience with Medical Avenue for my eye surgery. They handled all the logistics: choosing the right clinic, setting up appointments, coming along to interpret, and scheduling follow-ups. They also made sure I had all the paperwork I needed for back home. Communicating is super easy through WhatsApp or the app, and my coordinator Jayme always answers quickly whenever I have questions. I had used the agency before for a health check and related follow-up appointments, and the service was just as great then. If I come back for anything medical in the future, I’ll definitely use them again.

I want to take a moment to thank Jayme for her amazing help during my trip. As a tourist, I got sick, when I reached out to her team on WhatsApp about a stomach issue, Jayme responded quickly, even though it wasn't part of her usual services! Jayme guided me to the nearest hospital for international tourists and coordinated with my driver while I was in great pain. I wouldnt know how to do how this without her, she keep track on me and informed the hospital ahead for me. Her professionalism , fluent English, and clear communication made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate her willingness to help, and I would definitely recommend her to others. Thank you, Jayme!!!

I recently had a medical check-up and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The assistant stayed with me the entire time, making sure I was comfortable and everything went smoothly. One of the best parts was that we were able to book an appointment for another procedure on the same day, which was incredibly convenient. I do regret not asking about all of their services beforehand — had I known, I definitely would’ve booked even more with them. Highly recommend for any foreigners looking to get medical care in Korea. The process was seamless, professional, and very foreigner-friendly.
