I went to POP plastic surgery for triple eyelid correction. I chose this clinic because I was impressed by Dr. Ryu’s detailed online analysis of my eyelids where he explained every procedure clearly and gave me a comprehensive list of what procedures I should undergo for correction. Considering that this was a free online consultation, it gave me confidence to undergo surgery with him. Dr. Ryu was very meticulous and detailed when he designed the folds for my eyelids and he was very gentle during surgery. The English coordinators were very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my whole stay. I was sent pumpkin juice to help with healing which was very considerate and excellent customer service. All bruising cleared up within 2 weeks and I am very happy with the result. Thank you again to Dr. Ryu and the English coordinators for such a great experience.

Chose this hospital for my eyelid surgery as I saw many good reviews on Unni app. Sophia and Annette were my translators and they were very patient and responsive. Still delivered pumpkin juice to my hotel which was very sweet :)! Dr Ryu was my surgeon. Surgery was pain free as I was under sedation. The swelling went down a lot faster than I thought. It’s day 13 post surgery and i’m still swollen + my eyes are uneven, which should be normal. Will update here 1 month later on results.

Dr. Ryu An Young was professional and gentle throughout the entire process. The in-house translator provided outstanding support, she was always online, quickly answering all my questions and easing any doubts I had. She guided me through every step and gave very clear instructions before and after the operation. Although the waiting time was long, the service was excellent and I truly felt taken care of.
