預約了JOA醫院的體形管理服務，特來記錄一下我的體驗。院長首先分析了我的體脂分佈狀況，並以手指按壓來判斷脂肪的厚度。接著根據我的身材特點制定了相應的計劃，告訴我哪些部位適合進行處理，哪些部位則不適合。整個溝通過程非常誠懇真實。手術期間，醫生十分專注，每一步操作都十分穩妥。術後，醫生還詳細說明了恢復期間需要注意的事項，包括應該何時穿著塑身衣以及飲食上的建議。恢復過程比我想像中的還要順利。醫院旁邊有一個小公園，做完手術後我去那裡坐了一會兒，環境相當不錯。整個體驗感非常好，工作人員也都十分專業且耐心。
