醫生會先分析我的皮膚問題，再為我推薦適合的治療方案。效果比預期要好很多，而且還提供免費的接送服務，真的非常貼心。室長也會告訴我什麼時候該去複診。不過週末人太多了，體驗不是很好，我會考慮再來一次，而且我已经把這家醫院推薦給了我的閨蜜了。

I’ve been coming here with my friend because it’s such a clean and ethical clinic. The doctor is incredibly kind and provides very detailed consultations for every visit. I was impressed by how thoroughly they handled the procedure and explained everything clearly. It is truly an honest place where you don't have to worry about unnecessary treatments. The clinic is modern, spotless, and has a very calming atmosphere.🫢 The staff is professional and made my entire visit smooth and comfortable.

They ask you to schedule an appointment, but tell you its in arrive order. We arrived a little before the agreed-upon time. We wait more than an hour. We had a couple of questions about the ingredients of the injection. There were two of us, and we had the same questions. They took each of us separately to see someone (who we don't know if they have any medical training). We were each with the 'doctor' for less than 5 minutes, and the she was desperate to end the conversation as quickly as possible. After waiting for more than an hour, we had to ask what was going on, and they made us pay. That's when they told us the 'consultation' with the 'doctor' cost 25,000 KRW for each one. Basically, we each asked the same questions during the consultation: doubts about the ingredients of the treatments they offer. Something that should be clear, free, and available online. But that wasn't the worst part. They took us to a room with two beds. The floor was dirty with what looked like blood, and there were used cotton balls with blood where the needles go. The receptionist gave us injections without even washing her hands before handling the equipment. Horrible. We had ordered the Signature Treatment and Cinderella Treatment, but it turns out they arrive with the liquids mixed together. You don't see them opening new products in front of you. You don't know if the container was reused... I will never comeback.

Very prompt messaging on Whatsapp. Booking process was easy. Staffs are friendly. All doctors and staffs are female, which made us very comfortable. Very nice and clean. Operation procedure was very professional, especially when dealing with sensitive matters. Parking was not available. Had to park at the adjacent building.

The doctor spoke English, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all during the consultation. The whole clinic was calm and everyone was attentive and kind. Super clean and quick :) I highly recommend this place!

I visited the clinic while traveling in Korea with a friend. We were really nervous since we don’t speak any Korean, but the doctor spoke English, so we fully understood the procedure. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience! 💯
