我去佰夢整形外科（濟州島）體驗了他們的項目，現在想分享一下整個過程。院長在診斷時拿鏡子讓我觀看自己的臉部，並用手指指出我面部的特點，解釋為何某些項目適合某些人、而適合我的卻不是這些項目。他們從來不會為了完成交易而隨意應承客人的要求，而是真正根據我的面部需求來制定治療計劃。整個溝通過程中，感覺他們不在推銷產品，而是在幫我解決問題。進行手術時，院長的操作非常穩練，明顯不是新手；在每一步治療之前，他們都會充分與我溝通，確認我是否感到任何不適。在治療過程中，他們也會根據我的耐受程度隨時調整治療方案，這種負責任的態度令人印象深刻。雖然治療效果不能立刻看到，但我能感受到自己的皮膚狀況正在慢慢改善。
